It was a pleasure working with OneStop and Shawn, through the whole process Shawn was there on site to manage our Kitchen Remodel Project.
His vision was spot on and the final outcome was everything we imagined and few extra's Thanks to Shawn. We will diffidently be referring Shawn to our friends and family.....

Our new kitchen is stunning! It’s the design, selection of materials, and attention to detail that transformed our small galley kitchen into the statement room in our 100 year old home. The expanded three feet of space required the installation of a support beam, and cabinets are abundant and floor to ceiling. Cabinet doors hide the appliances. A quartz counter and backsplash provide a seamless classic style. We also added a 12 foot cabinet bench into the dining area for seating and added storage. The designer assisted with all contractors needed and checked in daily to oversee the construction. Highly recommended - we absolutely made the right choice!

Shawn is great to work with and very knowledgeable on the multitude of different products, their benefits and cost. They found the right product for our budget without compromising quality and provided outstanding service. Overall project came in less than we had anticipated. Highly recommend!

They don't fix a thing

No communication. Water heater out, 5 days on no call despite state law of 24 hours. Terribly negligent.

Do not rent from these people! Horrible management, dirty properties (roaches, rodents, bugs), they will not do anything for you after you sign your life over! Please be cautious!

Unresponsive to calls, emails, texts. Will rip you off with security deposit on move-out. Rent at your own risk.

Worst place to ever rent from. They do not care about the tenants or the property only those who are on section 8. They do not respond to emails or maintenance requests. They will harass you if you try to take them to court. Don’t walk from this property RUN!

This company does not take care of its properties (allowing squirrels to live in the attic of the house), nor work with neighbors on shared responsibilities, such as a shared sewer line. They are hard to get ahold of and are not responsive in an emergency. They were not fair to the tenants who paid quite a lot in rent to not have the property taken care of. Stay away if you can.

Went to look at a duplex they're renting. The agent didn't show up, so the current tenant let me in. It was DISGUSTING. Holes in the walls, filthy, and the tenant said it had mice, roaches, and bed bugs. She said they never come out to fix anything, and they tried to take her to court for the pests, but they lost. No thanks!

What a horrible renting experience. I have a friend who recently rented from them. I went with her to tour the apartment and from the moment I met the "leasing agent" (that is a kind description) I knew my friend was in for a treat. She made promises of maintenance and repairs she didn't keep before move in day, texted multiple times during the leasing and paperwork process to try to get appointments scheduled earlier so she could go home early and was just downright rude. Avoid this place at all costs.

I also tried to call and the voicemail box was full. I attempted for 2 months to contact the owner via the management company, in regards to a placement of a fence. The management company not only did not communicate my messages to the owner, but with no communication with the owner I did not feel comfortable placing our fence for legal obligations. The property has also had squirrels living in the rafters and broken windows for 2 years which we have reported with no changes made to the management company. Weeds and other lawn maintenance that I would expect the management company to manage are in disarray. Would strongly consider another management company if it were me.

I have been a tenant in this home since April of 2015 and have always had issues. When i first moved in the heat wasn't working properly I was in the home maybe 2 days before a professional came out. When the workers entered the basement and seen how it was hooked up they immediately rushed us out of the home and called the police and the landlords and stated they could of killed them and us. That wasn't the only issue who ever lived there before had dogs so the carpet is very soiled and ripped up to where i had to put carpet tape on the steps, but the worst part is that I have complained since the day I moved in about the mice issue the house is infested with mice. I have called the state because of this issue and they were cited. I have literally caught at least 50 mice if not more and counting since i have lived here. I put the sticky pads down every day which is getting expensive and have caught mice daily and sent them pictures. They sent someone out that just threw poison down which i have done and I keep telling them that it is not working. There are holes through out the house and outside that the mice travel through that i have told them about and have yet to be fixed. I have told them how embarrassing and tired I am of this issue. I have paid a double deposit an pay my rent every month and I do not know what to do anymore!!!!!!

Do not rent from these people. They only care about the money. The property I was in was not well kept and they never cleaned it before I moved in. They were also supposed to fix several things around the house and never did and just told me to put in a maintenance request when it was supposed to be done before my move in. They never answer the phone or reply to voice mails but will harass you if you miss rent. They kept calling me and trying to pressure me to pay when I had applied and was waiting for MNRent Help, which is against the rules. Apparently, they feel above the rules. Rent at your own risk.

don’t believe the people that are commenting and giving bad reviews under this. This company always delivers and meets the needs and responds to emergency’s EVEN AFTER HOURS! I especially liked how the property manager gave me all the details I needed to know before I move in. He told me that I have responsibility’s. Like guys this isn’t a daycare YOU TAKE CARE OF YOUR HOME!

Horrible professionalism. got approved for a home and went to check it out, total dump. When I asked about the broken appliances he told me it was on me to replace them and up keep the home(beyond basics). Wanted money before showing me any sort of lease or proof of any kind that they hold the deed to the property, which is unheard of to any other actual property management. If you're thinking about it, dont do it.
