They did a great job with the water damage in our kitchen!

A great group of people work here. They are kind and responsible. I had water damage done to my unit by the cause of another unit and the lady who is responsible is being hard to work with. The crew here was understanding and patient. They worked with me up until they couldn't and did a great job removing the water damage.

All I have to say is WOW! We had roughly 7000 gallons of water flood our restaurant from a sprinkler head on a Sunday afternoon and couldn't be happier with the services provided by First Response Restoration. Very impressed with the level of professionalism, the quality of work, and the timeliness of completion. Highly recommended!!! A++

Jeff is awesome. We woke up yesterday to a sipping wet basement and had no idea what to do. Couldn’t find any source of water and thankfully after we had called nearly everyone within a 50 mile radius we got ahold of him and saw him later the same day. He worked us in and came out and gave us a totally honest explanation of what’s happening and even showed with his equipment what was going on so we would actually understand the problem. Unfortunately the issue isn’t within his realm of repair but he was able to give us the information we needed. Now we are headed in the right direction thanks to his help! He also went the extra mile to come back to the door and let us know about some problematic landscaping that we had and how to remedy it. If we ever need water repair or know someone who does we will be strongly recommending First Response Restoration!

Prompt, reliable, honest, integrity, reasonable. Major window leakage from the storm of last week, flooded the entire basement. Jeff came within an hour of my phone call and had the team there immediately. GREAT SERVICE, HOPEFULLY THOUGH I WON'T HAVE TO USE THEM AGAIN DUE TO WATER DAMAGE, but if I do, they will be the ones I call. Thank you Jeff!

Had a leak come through the ceiling from the shower upstairs. I called on a Friday evening at 5pm, they were at my house in an hour! And I live a good 30 mins west of the cities without traffic. When they arrived they assessed the situation and said that they could set up their equipment and charge the minimum but it wouldn't be worth it. A couple fans in the access points for a couple days would work. Kind, friendly, and most importantly HONEST. They will be my first call if another issue arrives down the road.

First response checked out my basement for me after I had a minor water issue. I wanted to be sure there was no risk of mold or other problems. They inspected the area fully and found no issues. I now have a level of comfort for me and my family. The company was professional and good to work with. Would recommend to others!

I had a pipe break in the middle of the night. I did a Google search and found First Response Restoration. I called them and they were at my home within an hour. I was very impressed how fast there arrival was. Jeff and his team explain to me how the claim works with my insurance company. They were spot on, I would definitely recommend this company to anybody. Thank you for being there when I needed help.

I had a pipe burst in middle of the night, so i turned to Google to find help and that's where I found First Response and called them up and Anthony was over within the hour. He made what i thought was my worst nightmare the easiest and most stress free work I've done on my house. He explained and helped me through the entire process dealing with the mess and the insurance company. So i was left without a worry from start to finish! Great company and great people.

Anthony came out right away late in the evening and worked to help mitigate the issue. We had a big leak from the top floor that went all the way to our basement. He explained the process, what to expect and worked with the insurance agent to help move the process along. We really appreciate your help. Highly recommend.

Had a foot and a half of standing water in our basement so we gave Jeff a call, He and his son arrived within an hour and started pumping water out. They got all the water out and a heater set up in our backyard to pump heat into the basement in half a day.

This is a knowledgeable company that is there to help you, if your house got dominated this should be the first and only number you call.

Highly recommend using First Response Restoration if life decides you need a swimming pool in your basement or any other water damage happens to your house.

So I had flooding in May and I called these guys and they came out right away, which was great. They helped demo the basement, down to studs and concrete. Then the dry out and disinfect portion of the project was supposed to start. They left my box fan going in the basement and left. For 2 days I heard nothing. I finally called the headquarters and asked if it was standard practice to leave only a box fan to dry out an entire basement that had about 6 inches of standing water, Jeff said no and got Anthony to finally return my call and come out with actual fans and a plan to come out on Thursday between 2 and 4 to get the fans and all of the stuff they pulled out of my basement. I got off work to meet them at my house and Anthony didn't show up or call. I finally called him at 5 and he said his trailer was getting fixed so he couldn't do it that day. I won't go into any more detail other than to say that the same type of thing happened 3 more times. Still made me pay thef price. lack of communication and poor project management was appalling. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Ever.

Jeff at First Response is THE BEST! We had a refrigerator leak that lead to a whole host of other problems. Jeff and his guys were speedy, communicative, professional, answered all of my weird questions, AND helped me find a contractor for other work. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND the First Response team!

Called them and they were able to come out the very next day. Jeff was easy to talk to and responded every time I had a question.
The problem I had was when I asked if he can give me an estimate before performing the work he didn’t want to give me an estimate first even though my insurance recommended me to get one. So then I asked him what a average cost usually is with his experience in water damage restoration as he said he has been doing this for 30 some years, after I gave him a run down on how my lower level is set up as he wanted to know how many rooms and square footage it might be, then he proceed to give me a quick little quote over the phone which I know not every situation is the same but when he arrived at my property he then said it was more then what I have told him which it wasn’t true. I told him everything on what had in my lower level living space. Like how do I not know how many rooms and what items I have in my own home. Then Jeff proceed to say that he would have to rent a large dumpster to throw all the stuff away which I then told him that I it wasn’t necessary for a dumpster that large. He then said that I had so much stuff that he will fill it up which at the end it didn’t even fill a quarter of the dumpster. He then also brought trash from other property he had just cleaned to throw in the dumpster as well. He then said he will charge that dumpster to me to pay for as well which I complained to him about as not all the things in that dumpster was mine. I felt like he just wanted to take advantage of the situation. So at the end he charged me more then what he said it would cost me as supposedly there are to many walls and trash that required that dumpster. I would not recommend this business to anyone.

I have never had to experience a disaster in my home and I hope that no one should either but it does happen. Luckily we have businesses First Response Restoration. Anthony was very quick to come out even late in the night. The communication between the homeowner and business is key and I can't tell you enough how FAST his response was to everything. He made a hard time feel like it's not even happening I can't thank him enough for what he has done. I will share his information to anyone! 🙏 Thank you!

I have only great things to say about First Response Restoration! Our finished basement (wall to wall carpet) was flooded from very heavy rain. I was in shock and didn't know what to do. I called First Response at 11:00 pm that night. Jeff answered on the first ring and the next morning he was here to give me an estimate. From the first interaction on, I felt that I could trust him. Not only did he let me know what was going to happen in the clean-up but he also took me around the house and showed me what we needed to do so that it wouldn't happen again. The crew he sent to do the work was efficient, kind, worked as a team, and knew what they needed to do. I'm sad to have lost our carpet, baseboards, and some sheetrock for sure but, at the same time, I am deeply grateful for the help and support of First Response Restoration!

Original - Jeff was very responsive and walked my wife and I through the entire process of our first toilet overflow. I had a great experience and would recommend him to anyone looking for restoration services. 5 stars.

12/20/2022 update - scheduled another visit. No-call, no-show on the day of. Will no longer be recommending/using this service. 1 star.
