I had a sump pump failure and ran into water flooding in the basement. I reached out to First Response Restoration company, Jeff called me right away. He was able to answer all my queries and planned out the next steps very well. Anthony is very knowledgeable and he did the amazing job. These guys are really great !!!

I had massive water damage after a pipe broke in my home. Even under severe weather conditions, Jeff made it to my house in hours. I have never worked with a company as fast or responsive. He also got on the phone with me to help explain and work everything out with my insurance company. Ultimately, Jeff created ease in a very chaotic situation. I would give 10 stars if I could.

The crew was professional and everyone I spoke with was very humble. They negotiated with insurance, cleaned and removed all things with water damage including the glue and tile with asbestos. My home is home again thanks to these guys!

I have been amazed at the service from Jeff and his team at First Response Restoration. We had 2 major water damage issues involving 5 rooms in our home. He understands the claims process and has been great knowing exactly what the insurance company wanted. Even the adjuster said she was impressed with his documentation and it helped her process the claim faster.

With very little notice, in the middle of a Sunday, Jeff and his team came to my home to help mitigate a bad water situation. I feel very good about working with them as we proceed. Our worst nightmare occurred Sunday night when we found that our toilet was flushing into our laundry room instead of down the sewer pipes. A horrible, embarrassing situation was made so much better by Jeff and his team at First Response. They arrived quickly after my husband called and worked to help clean up the mess and remove all damaged drywall and flooring.

We have unfortunately previously been in a similar situation with water damage and I can say that First Response is head and shoulders above the other company we used in the past. I must say this company gets it done. Anthony was at my house in about 45min from the time I called and guided me through the entire process with the insurance claim. My upstairs toilet overflowed and made it through 2 floors to my basement. From beginning to end Anthony was spot on with every step as he explained. If I ever had any issues with water, fire or storm damage this company would be my first call without a doubt.
