I am very happy with Minneapolis Garage Builders' work. They tore down an old 1 car garage and built a new 2.5 car garage in its place. There was frequent communication over phone and email from several employees involved in the project. The initial quote was carefully itemized and lower than that of local competitors. This quote was consistent with the final price, and suggested adjustments were discussed along the way in a manner that was helpful and transparent. I recommend this company to anyone in the Twin Cities looking for a new garage!

The sales process was smooth, and Joe was great. There did not seem to be many customization options in the design process, but we appreciated the price point relative to other options. Demo and construction went quickly and smoothly and the quality of the garage is very good.

The service from Minneapolis/St. Paul Garage Builders was excellent from start to finish, including the tear down of our old garage. We wanted to expand our existing garage foot print by a few feet in a couple directions and position it so it would be well oriented for solar panels. They provided us the design we needed at an affordable price. They worked cooperatively with our solar company, including flexibilty around who did the electric. They kept us posted on when different phases of the work would begin. Each crew was professional and all took good care with the garden and shrubery near the garage. Very little needed extra attention, but the little that did was given prompt response. We are very pleased with the end result and most certainly recommend their work and professionalism.

Joe and his team were great to work with on our garage -- fast, efficient, and very reasonably priced! We needed some additional supports added to the top of the garage to support the roof, and few companies were willing to do it in our price range. MPLS Garage Builders added even more support than we originally thought we needed, and replaced our garage doors, all within 2 weeks from signing the contract! We would work with them again.

Excellent quality work and even more importantly to me, great communication. Most contractors I've worked with lacked majorly in communication but Joe and his team at Minneapolis Garage Builders communicated with me and kept me updated every step of the way through my garage remodel! As an electrician we recently installed solar panels on a new garage they built. All I can speak to is the quality of construction and it looked phenomenal! The framing, the trusses, the siding, the paint, the doors, the concrete and every single detail was very well built and done correctly. The electrical was done by Vetters Electric and also phenomenal work. I can’t speak to the rest of the process as far as building permits, cost, timeline, etc but I highly recommend them based on their workmanship.
