Have seen Sacred Space/Open Space signs around St. Paul next to thoughtful, sustainable gardens and have seen genuinely kind gardeners from the group working in our neighborhood. When Gwen came to our house, I loved that she saw my untended, full yard of weeds with deliberately planted stuff in-between as "lush!"! We have a plan and I'm so looking forward to learning as I go and knowing that good energy is going into the ground and beautiful things will grow as a result. Will check back with pictures once we're done;)

The staff are great to work with! They've done a nice job of keeping my perenials looking good. They also put together a beautiful arrangement of annuals in my large front planters.

Having Open Space Gardens do extensive weeding in my large yard was truly a wonderful and refreshing experience! Not only was the team knowledgeable and experienced about plant identification, they were also friendly and had a lot of fun working together. To me, having gardens filled with blooms AND laughter is the ultimate joy of gardening! This was a one-time, multi-hour session, but I will definitely contract with them for next season to keep my gardens in great shape. Thank you so very much!!

I can not say enough about how much I appreciate Sacred Space Gardens, working with Maddie and her team. We purchased our house a few years ago and were blessed with a large yard, but it needed some work. Maddie worked with us to design gardens, bushes and edging, around our back yard fencing, in addition to the front of our house, a front side garden and some vegetable gardens. As a result of Sacred Space's work, we now feel like we are enveloped in a peaceful urban oasis, which we have found revitalizing especially in these challenging times. We were used to condo living before moving to our new home, so not exactly green thumbs. Honestly, Sacred Space Gardens is probably not the cheapest gardening company on the market, but her pricing is fair and with Maddie and her team, you get what you pay for. Sacred Spaces uses sustainable gardening techniques, and Maddie tends to recommend native plants with bee pollination considerations. She and her team are INCREDIBLY passionate about their work (ask her about her childrens' names!). They are also very flexible in working with your needs, responsive, follow through in a timely manner and always go the extra mile. I am proud to call myself a customer of Sacred Gardens and look forward to continuing our collaboration going forward.

We have had a lot of success with LawnStarter. When we have requested quotes on additional services they have been very responsive. The lawn care providers have been courteous, professional and very hard working. Our yard is not great, hence the use of a service, so we appreciate the hard work and making it look good.

Bad programmatic system in place, as you schedule automatically your service in their system, they will keep charging your account for lawn cleaning even during the winter time. Theirs crew will show up and take pictures on your property to confirm that they did their job while no lawn services was necessary. They charged my account since for two months without need of services and they keep arguing that it's because i didn't canceled the service in their system. So unprofessional to pretend cleaning the lawn while in Minnesota, the winter starts in November till march with no need of cutting grass.

You don't spray in November in Minnesota! You guys crazy! I never ordered this service anyway! I told the gal over the phone but she added it anyway! My husband is a lawn service owner. The only reason I ordered it because he was out of town for awhile! I wanted one mow and you couldn't do it! Basically spraying my leaves since I haven't done fall clean up!. You going to spray in the winter too
???!!

I began using LawnStarter a little over a month ago. They have been great. I started with my first crew and they did two cuts. They did a fine job. They also provided some quotes on other needed yard work. The quotes seemed high to me, and I was not pleased with the timeliness of that crew's response. I called LawnStarter and expressed my concerns. They were receptive and understanding. They set me up with a new crew right away. Sharon, with Be A Blessing Lawn &Tree Service, has been wonderful. She did an amazing job with my normal lawn services, provided reasonable quotes for my other needs, and performed them all in a timely fashion. I'm so pleased! Highly recommend them. :)

Efficient, reliable and very hard working . Quis did an excellent job with a very overgrown lawn. I would definitely recommend.

I wish it was possible to give these scammers negative stars! They offer a ridiculous teaser mow and then will charge you over five times that amount for future mows. They don’t even have a customer service phone number on their website. I unfortunately gave them my credit card number and they do not have a way to close your account with them. I finally had to get a new credit card number for my peace of mind. Do yourself a favor and do not be fooled by these horrible, unethical scam artists.

The services was good but when I cancel my service lawnstarter was still charging me I spoke with customer service he was giving me a hard time

When they come they do a good job, but it's unlikely that they'll come when scheduled.

The service is more of a vague suggestion that they might come, or they might reschedule and cancel service without notice.

Customer support is great, and after contacting support you might get the notification that your service was cancelled. The app and website will happily tell you that your crew is still coming though.

With all this you'd expect service to be less expensive. After all, they may or may not show up, and you'll never really know which. After tipping your crew it's the same price as other services.

Amazing company to deal with and wonderful work! We get many compliments on how nice our yard looks! Would recommend to everyone!

When I first moved into a new house last spring, we had trouble finding anyone who could mow. This app was quick and easy to set up and I had someone at my house within a few days! I’ve never had any issues with their services. They always come on time, do an excellent job, and communicate through the app consistently and professionally.

I used them last year and had a good experience. This year? Grass in the backyard has not been mown once...but they charged me 3 times. Their providers "could not open the gate". There was no communication to that effect during those 3 weeks. My prior year provider always managed to....without any real effort...reach over the gate to unlatch it. As have neighborhood kids for literally 20 years. Terrible service. Terrible response. App doesn't do anything. Avoid at all costs.

I would give zero stars if I could. I am extremely disappointed and upset HORRIBLE SERVICE. I waited and waited and waited for days and nobody ever showed up to do my services of lawn moving and tree trimming and kept getting rescheduled and my grass just keeps getting longer. I am new to this state I just bought this house and I was actually looking forward to have your service and I am nothing, but upset because my grass is really long now and now whoever cuts it will charge me a long grass fee. So thank you for nothing all you guys did was waste my time.... I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!

I have had a decent experience with LawnStarter though the company providing my lawn service has changed 3 times.

I was super happy with the last person to do my lawn and was hoping for them to continue but I have a new person this week after 2 weeks.

The job gets done but I'm not sure about consistency in operators.

Jory and his crew did a great job getting last fall's leaves off our lot. He kept me in the loop through the process. We'll be calling LawnStarter for help this fall, too!

He did an amazing job. We have a yard that’s not the easiest to mow, as it has a big hill.
Great personally, friendly and knowledgeable.
