Working with Ulrich has been a breath of fresh air after bad experiences with other lawn care companies.

After years of neglect, my lawn was incredibly overgrown and out of control. Thankfully, Ulrich was able to clean it all up; it looks pristine now! He even worked during the holiday, which he didn't need to do.

I definitely would recommend Grounded Earth for your lawn care needs, I’ll be going back to them in the future. Since we have had a lot of rain this year, and my grass coverage is iffy at best on a good day, my backyard was a complete hot mess jungle with weeds filling basically every square inch (which also brought in wasps and made me nervous to be out there to try and take care of it myself). Ulrich came and made it look beautiful in about half a day, preserving beneficial plants and trimming up shrubs, while taking out the weeds and other invasives that had popped up. So, so much better and faster than I could have done myself and worth every penny (which I thought was reasonably priced)! It was all contactless too, which made it very convenient.

We have never had this type of home service before and I have to say, so helpful! Ulrich has a great system set up online for requests, dates of service, payments and communication. His attention to detail with our yard was excellent. We currently have a pretty small and basic yard as we did some work the year previously to clean out dying/overgrown plants and bushes and it is really nice to see what a well maintained landscape looks like!

Really solid service. Very communicative when they needed to leave because of weather or were needing to come back. Our backyard proved difficult for them because of all of the landscaping/steps etc. but they were determined to find a way. We used them for a spring cleanup and will likely do the same in the fall.

Robert and Ulrich did a great job on my spring cleanup - they worked very efficiently, cleared a lot of debris, bagged everything neatly, and then sent me pictures when they were done. Great service - would use again.

Needed a one time mow while my mower was being serviced. Ulrich was straightforward, thorough and communicative and my yard looks so much better than when I do it. The price was extremely reasonable for how overgrown my yard was. I absolutely recommend him and will not hesitate to have him again when (not if 😂) I don't want to deal with my yard.

I highly recommend Grounded Earth Property Services. Ulrich is extremely professional and reliable, and his work is so good that I have even had neighbors approach me on the sidewalk to compliment my yard. With the scheduling and payment systems that Ulrich uses, I don't even have to think about the yard again once the plan is set in place. He just shows up and takes care of the yard whether I am there or not. I have gotten regular yard maintenance, flowerbed care, and mulch installation, and Ulrich has done everything with excellence and attention to detail.

Ulrich and Grounded Earth did an amazing job on a gnarly backyard/ side-of-house cleanup. Ulrich wrote an extremely detailed estimate, and he promptly answered several followup questions via e-mail. On the work date, he did everything promised in his estimate (and quite a bit more, for which he did not bill one cent extra). 10/10 rating, with amazing customer service.

Wow! I am so impressed with Ulrich and Grounded Earth Properties. I found him from google after a person I used in the past gave me a ridiculously high quote on mulch. I needed a property cleanup and mulch install. A friend recommend western red cedar mulch, cause it lasts long, smells great and is a natural insect repellant. Even though it was a little more expensive, Ulrich gave me a fair and decent quote that wasn't much more than the hardwood mulch he uses more often. He was so thorough in everything he did. And he works very hard for a reasonable price. He knows what he is doing and he's very intelligent in his knowledge, expertise and answering questions. Everything went so smoothly and he responded to my emails almost immediately. I even received text messages when he was arriving. I don't think I've ever had anyone who's done work on my house respond so quickly. He even answered many of my questions in depth and gave thoughtful advice and ideas. But mostly, he is a genuinely nice person. Someone I was really comfortable hiring. I will only use him going forward and I'd recommend him to anyone. The whole thing start to finish was a great experience. Thank you Ulrich!

Robert was skilled, helpful, and professional! He did a beautiful job mowing, and I’ve never seen such crisp edging before. My lawn looks great! He also provided a helpful walk-through video when he was finished. I just started using Grounded Earth, but so far I am very impressed!

We asked Grounded Earth Property Services to give us a quote on the fall yard clean up that they offer on their website. With us it involved brush removal, much weeding (front, back and sides of house) and some smaller tree removal. Ulrich came out and did a contactless itemization of the entire project ahead of time and after approval followed through to the letter on his next couple visits. He even did a few extras not listed which he didn't charge us for. He does exceptional work. He's thorough, communicates directly and often, and is 100% honest & trustworthy. Based on this we'll be going forward using Grounded Earth for future outdoor projects and maintenance.

I’ve used this service for a couple of years for mowing, mulching, and garden bed maintenance, and they’ve been great! Super reliable, excellent communication, and I appreciate the electric motors. I’ve had health issues so having no fumes has been great. They also do a better job than I can. They mulch down the leaves to be friendly to the pollinators as well.

Ulrich was awesome to work with! We just recently moved to the area and our home has a completely mulch yard. I’ve never had mulch yard before and really didn’t know where to start so decided to hire someone for a spring clean up. Ulrich was 110% the right person for the job! After approving the quote, he promptly ordered all the mulch and got me on his schedule. The day of my appointment, the mulch was delivered and Ulrich took great care of my yard. By the end of the day, all the weeds and other debris had been cleared and a fresh new layer of mulch had been spread across front and back yard and all garden beds. Extremely impressive that it was all knocked out in a single day. All the debris was even bagged and left at my garbage pick up spot. I absolutely recommend hiring Ulrich if you want peace of mind regarding your lawn maintenance.
