Bravo Cleaning has worked for me at several of my properties for almost 10 years now. Doing common area cleaning and all my Turn cleans. I will take them to every company and property I have. Their work is very detailed, and even in emergency "i need this cleaned now" situations that we sometimes have in property management, they were always there. My studio is above the Architectural Antiques building in NE Minneapolis. I have 17 feet ceilings and needed a head to toe cleaning. They did a quick turn around and removed about 100 years of dust from windows and ceiling panels and restored the historic nature of the building. It was beyond my expectations. Staff and management were caring and wonderful to work with- they taught me a lot about caring for original wood floors and exposed brick walls.

2025: Joe and his son were back this year. They got the windows done in record time and made some repairs to the gutter cover which had lifted during the winter and was impacting the shingles. Joe also diagnosed an issue I was having with a front gutter this winter by finding what we believe to be the root cause. These guys are terrific!
2024: Joe is a perfectionist. He cleaned windows and fixed a gutter issue at the back of the house with a creative and clever solution that looks great and functions perfectly. LaDonna, is very responsive and helpful with booking appointments and billing. It’s the kind of family business that I’m happy to call. I highly recommend their services.

Allbright has been cleaning our windows for years and always with superb results. Joe is professional, efficient and arrives during the scheduled time frame. He takes great care with not only the window glass but also the positioning of his ladders as to not harm vegetation and the house itself. We appreciate this courtesy. I have used AllBright for several years now and they always deliver, prompt, excellent services at a competitive price. Joe and LaDonna are wonderful from the scheduling process to the finished cleaned product. I can not recommend them highly enough. They are respectful and protect the property while they work.
