I recently used Ivy Cleans and they did great work! Very comfortable to work with and I got exactly the service they promised. I would use them again anytime!

The house is spotless and never looked better. The team needs a checklist to go through at the end of cleaning. The checklist will enable the team to do a quality check and make sure everything was completed to the best of their ability on the list. The lead person on the team must, at the end of cleaning, do a spot check of all the work and have the team complete what was missing. When doing a job there are always areas missed, because the team is working in a detailed manner. An overall look at the job (Big Picture) ensures no areas were missed.

These people cleaned my apartment. They did a poor job considering the amount I paid. They either threw away or stole multiple things that I needed to keep (my baseball bag with multiple gloves, balls, and bats; my $150 toothbrush; my medications). Do not trust this company or their cleaners!!!

Edit: The company reached out to me see if they could make things right and have me take down my review. I said if they wanted to make things right they would have to refund some of the money. They said they reviewed it and determined "there was no evidence of theft." Of course there wouldn't be evidence, I don't have any cameras in my apartment and the employees I'm sure just lied when they were asked. They refused to refund any money at all. These people are expensive, will steal from you if you're not watching and not worth it at all. I just had my apartment cleaned for 1/3 of the price and 1/3 of the time by Clean Crew LLC and they did a wonderful job (and it started in a very similar condition). If youre looking for a good cleaner I recommend them.

Wow! Sean did an incredible job getting our new house move-in ready! Booking with Ivy Cleans was a breeze and they made sure to get all the details right before our scheduled service. Sean went above and beyond to ensure we got the best deal for the cleaning we needed. We are so impressed and can't wait to book with Ivy Cleans again! They truly exceeded our expectations.

We used this service upon moving into our new house. We requested a deep clean and they rescheduled 2 times. They finally came and did bare minimum. I called back, requested they come back and finish the job. Rescheduled again 2 times because people didn't show up to work. We FINALLY got Bailey and he was great. Did a great job and was so polite and professional. I wouldn't suggest this place if you are looking for a reliable service. I booked with Bailey again because he was amazing. We will see how it goes this next time.

I called for a deep clean last minute and they were able to get me in same day! I was thrilled as I had a bad experience with a previous company I booked that day who didn’t show. I had Bailey. He was amazing! He was early, and very detailed with his work. My house looked amazing. I will be using them again in the future.

Bailey did my move-out deep clean and did an AMAZING job! I would hire again in a heartbeat. He was professional, texted me the evening before and morning of to make sure we were all set and he would have access to my apartment garage. When he got in my unit I could tell he had a plan and went right to work. He sent me pictures when he had finished which I so appreciated. I had left a couple water bottles in the fridge and he made sure those were removed for me so I wouldn’t get charged for leaving anything in the unit upon move-out. His attention to detail is top-notch and he was very professional and kind. 10/10 recommend!

So impressed! We needed a deep clean after having 2 kids in 2 years, we have 2 100 lb dogs, and a 14 year old cat! It's hard to keep up!

We did a full home deep cleaning with the pet hair clean add on. Ivy Cleans exceeded my expectations. My house is SPARKLING!

Ivy Cleans did a great job! We needed furniture moved for a deep clean. I called 5 companies and this was the only one that could accommodate our needs and they were able to get a crew out here the next day! The cleaners did a great job and were friendly.

Ivy cleans is the best cleaning company i’v dealt with in the twin cities. Friendly staff and they were accommodating to my short notice request for clean. Also the pricing was the best I had found in the area. If I still lived in the area I would hire them again and again. Highly recommend !

Sarah Frasier is one of the best cleaners I have ever had. She always goes above and beyond. She is very personable and willing to help in any way she can.

My own vacuum cleaner broke so there was a lot of dog hair. Sarah was great bc and she was able get all of cleaned up and the floors washed and waxed. I would definitely recommend Sarah to clean for you I want her to be my regular cleaner

First, I did appreciate the job they did, it couldn't have been fun. The biggest issue was communication with the cleaners. Communication with the company was excellent. Only one person out of three understood english and not very well. Overall they did a very good job but there were details that were listed on the agreement that they didn't do or could have done better. They brought kitchen size garbage bags and ended up using 4 or more of my large heavy duty bags. They were very friendly and professional. Were chatting on the phone most of the time while cleaning. I appreciated the job they did. Improvement could be made with communication, being punctual and attention to detail (floor, base boards, inside of windows and sills, top and front of refrigerator. Thank you! I would hire Ivy Cleans again!

Had them deep clean my house to get it ready to sell, they did an amazing job! Place looked brand new when they finished! Highly recommend! Paulina was fantastic, top notch service!
