Will never use this company again. Frequent cancellations. Leaving me last minute without a cleaner before a major holiday. When they do bother to show up, the cleaning is average at best. For example, scrubbing kitchen counters and not just dusting them is considered a “deep clean” and costs extra. Save your money, go elsewhere!

As a realtor, I've used many different cleaning companies. Onedesk Cleaning is by far my first choice. Great availability, good rates, excellent work cleaning. I recommend them.

We were extremely dissatisfied with the work that was done. It looked like they never showed up. We had an open house coming up and our realtor also said it looked like they never came. It was $300 and I could have done it better myself. They also charged my card multiple times before they said they were going to. They supposedly have a 48 hour satisfaction guarantee but of course their closed on weekend's.

We have had a great experience with OneDesk. Quick, easy scheduling and detailed cleaning. We are a busy office and its nice to have something that can happen quickly and effortlessly. Will continue to use and refer!

I had used one desk cleaners ( Daniela) for my move out clean. I was not in town to verify. I paid $420 for my move out clean. When I returned to town a week later to check out my condo , the cleaning was very poor quality. There was dirt in drawers and shelves, stains on the floor, white residue and grime in the cooktop. I called and informed the company and they said I would have to pay for a clean if I needed a better job. They would discount 50% on my next clean. I was very disappointed with their customer service and will not be using their service again.

I have used Cleango many times for move out cleans, rentals and client referrals. They do an EXCELLENT job every time and even offer carpet shampooing! Easy to book online and great customer service. They service the entire TC area which is also convenient. Can't recommend them enough!

I scheduled service a week in advance. The morning of service, I had to call to learn the cleaner had an issue and had to reschedule to later in the day. Later, same thing. Very poor customer service and unreliable.
