Very unprofessional company. They told me that two cleaners will come out, and when the cleaners were scheduled, they were over two hours late and I was tired of waiting around for them and rescheduled. They never apologized and the next day sent one cleaner instead of two. I decided to switch to the following week with two cleaners and the company wanted to charge another deposit! I spoke with the Manager and she was very rude and continued to over talk me. I will NEVER utilize such an unprofessional company again. You have loss my buisness and I wish you well. If you do not want to waiste your precious time, please contact a more reliable company.

Incredible service provided by Ivy. The cleaners came on time, did a fantastic job of cleaning all areas. They went above and beyond my expectations across all aspects of the clean. I have already referred them to a few of my friends. I have them already booked for the next few moinths. Owners are extremely friendly as well.

While on vacation we had our mother in law schedule a deep clean for us so that we could return to a clean house.

They did a fairly good job and we were happy that most of the radiators had been cleaned, too, which was a pleasant surprise. However, the stove cleaning seemed to be a bit rushed. The stove/oven is only a year old and not completely filthy- but it did have some baked on grime. By the end, the gas covers still had staining and there was white residue from the cleaning solution around the knobs and still inside the oven. I was going to go cook some food when I realized the chemical smell.

I’ll need to clean it again- I couldn’t cook that dish. I would recommend spending a bit more time on the rinse/wipe off.

Otherwise, the team seemed to do a pretty good job.

Ivy Cleans was easy to work with. They provided a quote promptly after our first contact and I was able to follow up with a deposit to reserve my cleaning appointment. I was happy with the service.

Searched for a cleaning company and came across Ivy. There were a lot of good reviews so decided to make an inquiry. Very happy I did. They fit me right in the schedule and the cleaners were very punctual with the time they were supposed to be here. Came back to a very clean house, saved me a huge headache. Will be using them in the future.

DO NOT USE! The cleaners did a poor job, I have posted photos below. I vacuumed myself after they left and that's how much dirt was still in the floor! I followed up and they were going to come back and finish the cleaning. No one showed up at the agreed-upon time and then they wouldn't respond to my calls or texts. They charged my credit card for the full amount even though they never finished the cleaning. When I emailed them about the charge they told me to take it up with my credit card company. SCAM!
