Professional and high quality people who work here. I really appreciate that when you call there is always someone helpful answering the phone!! I use them for both personal and business gas, drain, and plumbing.
-
These guys do great work. The best in the business.

Don’t recommend using this company at all.

We used Jayhawk for our church HVAC replacement. The pricing was fair and the service great!
-
I had my boiler replaced and it was the best service ever! They even provided a rebate to my gas company! This company should be called JayRocks, not Jayhawk. If you're not using them, you're nuts.

Very pleased with the service provided and the plumber was very knowledgeable and efficient in his work. A bit cheaper than other companies too. Will put my faith in them again when needed.

Your van 23 was driving very unsafe… 10+ over highway speed limit, riding every person that didn’t get out of their way, shifted lanes super aggressively. Very unsafe for a large vehicle… won’t be hiring this company

On January 4th, 2023 at 8:45am, your plumber working at our Building in Brooklyn Park cleaned out his van and illegally dumped his trash in our dumpster. This is very unprofessional. Please advise your staff to properly and legally handle their garbage.

They helped our building with the heat in the winter. Very friendly and knowledgeable! Would definitely recommend!!

One of their drivers was driving like a drunk person at 730am on I-94 West. Swerving all over the road, going 30 in a 60. Couldn't maintain his lane of travel. I called their dispatch and before I even told her what was going on, she simply said that she would talk to the driver. I asked if she wanted to know what was wrong with his driving. She didn't seem interested. I told her anyway. As soon as I hung up, the driver then hit a car in the lane to his right. That car had to stop in the shoulder, the truck driver just kept on going. He seemed to be nodding off as I pulled up next to him. I'd sure never hire a company that employs drunk-drivers.

This place is fantastic! I had them install and service some of my boilers and ac’s and they do an excellent job. I’m calling Jayhawk everytime I need any mechanical work done. That service tech Jake is the best. Such a funny guy that spins a negitive situation into an experience of a lifetime. Literally a life inspiration. Would recommend to anyone!

They just earned my loyalty going forward. We started off with a disagreement over a bill (both sides had valid points) but I was able to work it out and get it resolved. The disagreement was handled in a professional manor. I will he using them exclusively.

They did very well especially Mike

I coordinate vendor services a lot with a lot of vendors I’d say Jayhawk is up there. I think Kyle is the MVP, always helpful and will walk you though diagnostics for small things and spare you a service charge. Often a tech can’t explain or understand things about the issue and it’s a big headache to get accurate service. Kyle always slows down and makes sure, helps with terminology, gets down to the bottom of what’s going on, and doesn’t just throw his hands in the air like it’s impossible to get device details. He is able to communicate about everting very well. Shout out to Kyle: I work with a lot of service providers and I don’t think any of them do as good of a job at understand they problem, the options for solutions, kicking around numbers and getting the job scheduled without rechanneling those details.
If every service provider was like Kyle I’d save tens of thousands of dollars each year from folks who will not listen to primary diagnostics, charging to fix what we already relayed was not the issue, and he won’t push back like you must be not know how to change an air filter.
Thanks Kyle. You’re awesome. -
Had these guys out. Everything went amazing. Haven't got the bill yet but assuming it's reasonable these are my new go to guys.

I was in desperate need of a new hot water heater. Jayhawk came through in a pinch. They installed my new hot water heater and were true professionals. They also installed a humidifier for the property that keeps it comfortable and automatically adjusts based on the exterior temp so that the property doesn't have too much or too little humidity. They cleaned up the utility room when they were done and it looked nicer than when they arrived. Great job Jayhawk team!

I work for a Real Estate Management company and we use Jayhawk more than we'd like to, due to age of some of the properties but rest assured Jayhawk has completed everything we've asked of them and they're on time professionals that prove their worth on every job! Haven't had not one bad experience yet with Jayhawk and I've used them for just about everything they service! Thanks Jayhawk for completing our jobs like it's your home, you're working on! J. Jones

Had my water heater replaced a few months ago. The price was the best amongst the competition and the workers were very polite! laid down mats so they wouldn't dirty the carpet, left our laundry room cleaner then when they arrived! left my wife and i with a plethora of information about how to adjust and maximize our energy savings. overall a great experience and i would recommend them to anyone!

These guys are great! They listen to the concern and actually fix the concern. Thank you from staff at ST Anthony Health and Rehab.

The technician did a good job and was a super nice guy. I was highly satisfied until i got an overcharged invoice. in the invoice, they charged 2.5 hours, which was $130 per hour. But, we met at 8:00 am and left 9:10. So, i called them to fix it. The first time, their excuse was charged 30 minute traveled job site and round up times when it was done. Second called, they said they would check and call me back like the first time but never called me back. So i called the third time, and she said they gave me $60 discount for favor. I told her that was not a discount and still overcharged. She explained that the mechanic came from chanhassen to Saint paul, which was the service address, so it was the right time they charged 2 and a half hours. When I called the first time, they said they charged 30 minutes of travel. i thought it was reasonable because their office was in Minneapolis. However, last time I called, she just said he traveled from chanhassen, which was from far away southwest. So, i wondered how i knew where the mechanic came from, and consumers paid whatever they said. Like her theory, if she said the mechanic came from St. Cloud, did i pay that 2 hours of travel time no matter what? I might just pay if I didn't record for the time of service. They are very shady and dishonesty. It's your choice to hire them but waiting for an overcharged bill.

I have had multiple experiences and with Jayhawk Mechanical and unfortunately, most of them have been negative. Their technicians are knowledgable and friendly, however, the office staff is not helpful. It has taken weeks to get estimates back for parts necessary to operate air conditioning units. Would not recommend if you want things done in a timely manner.
