I would recommend to stay away from this company. Called and scheduled a job. OK they said the guy will come between 2-3 today. At 4 pm I called. Oh there is no technician assigned to this job yet. The next day I call 5-6 times and was given the run around basically all day. Really poor service.

Installers Mitch and the team were very professional. Very careful not to mark up the floors. Clean install. Professional looking. Completed quicker than anticipated. No high pressure sales from salesperson. He asked what we wanted and quoted on what we asked for. Highly recommended.

They responded to my call immediately, they had someone at my house the same day, and the technician, Mitch was great. He quickly identified the issue and had it resolved within 30 minutes. He kindly went through the house and changed all the filters something that he didn't have to do. I would recommend them highly. Hopefully I won't need them again soon, but I would use them if needed.

Great AC service. My fan motor went out on our condenser and was stranded in the middle of high temperatures. Chris found that my voltage absorption system was also in need of an upgrade and showed me where the corrosion was occurring and explained what could happen if it seizes. They are upfront on the prices and offer various service options for the needed work. Chris had us back up and cool in very few hours. Clearly had no choice, but I've used Sunset Heating & Cooling before and was pleased with the service and results. I will call them again if anything else goes wrong. No hesitation recommending.

I called Sunset Heating & Cooling on Thursday to have someone come out to inspect furnace and replace filter. A technician was scheduled for Friday the next day. They called ahead to confirm and the Technician arrived with mask on and shoe covers. He did the inspection work and one minor repair.
