Wasted many hours of my time. Scheduled me two separate days, no call no show all day long. The office people have zero idea what's happening, no idea what the technicians schedules or capabilities are, leave you on hold indefinitely, and pass the buck to absent managers who simply never call after the staff promises they will over and over.
