I waited two weeks for a guy to give me a bed that should’ve took a day and thought it was just ridiculous. We’re done doing business with them.

Dave and Jayden were amazing in helping us with our issue. They explained everything clearly and made the whole process so easy and reassuring.

I vehemently echo Wesley Broden's earlier review. The Jayhawk driver that I encountered on Wentworth Ave. in West Saint Paul on Wednesday, Feb 18, 2026 was as discourteous and as unsafe as they get.

If the way their employees drive is any reflection of the quality of their work, I would never let Jayhawk Mechanical anywhere near my home or business. On November 5th around 4:15 PM, one of their white service vans with the ladder rack nearly slammed into the back of my vehicle while my kids were inside.

This driver was impatient, reckless, and decided that waiting like everyone else on the 35W → I-94W merge was beneath him — so he cut across lanes at the last second, forcing multiple cars to hit their brakes. Then he flipped me off, as if we were the problem for not letting him endanger us even more.

If this is who they allow to represent their company on the road, I’d hate to imagine what corners they cut with mechanical work. Safety clearly means nothing to them.

There are way too many qualified, professional companies out there to risk dealing with one that tolerates this kind of behavior. Avoid Jayhawk Mechanical unless you want chaos and disrespect delivered right to your doorstep.

The most personable group of guys that take awesome care in what they do. They have replaced a Water heater, Boiler and put in a brand new A/C unit in our high rise mostly senior apartment building. They speak to our residents and are usually smiling. Thanks Jayhawk crew!

As a business owner in this community, I always hold myself accountable for my company’s mistakes — but based on my experience, Jayhawk Mechanical does not do the same. They came out twice to fix an issue that was never resolved, then sent the invoice to the wrong address and overcharged me for the work.

When I tried to get clarity, I was met with complete disrespect — particularly from Genevieve, who talked to me as if I were a child. She showed no professionalism or empathy and even made an inappropriate comparison between plumbing work and a cancer patient.

To be spoken to like this as a paying customer makes me seriously question how this company holds itself and treats others. Between the poor service, billing errors, and lack of accountability, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere for a company that values its customers and stands behind its work.

Fantastic to work with! Jayhawk had someone out very quickly and the technician was so knowledgeable (even got heat going so we wouldn't freeze until install - the equipment was old and needed to be replaced). We got an initial quote from another company (that did not get heat temporarily on). Jayhawk was MUCH more reasonable. Will go with them from now on! Highly recommend.

Our AC wasn't working for our house and Comfort Makers was able to come out quickly and fixed it in no time. Thanks for the great job and great service!

Zero stars, that's what this company is worth. I took off of work today for my window of 9:30am -12:30 tech to show up. No calls and no show. I called the company twice and was told all they could do was call the tech. That they were behind today. Truly unprofessional.

Francis came to my home to give me an estimate for new heating system. Greatly impressed with his knowledge and creative suggestions to solve a few unusual problems. He just knew the right way to approach the solutions. They talked through everything with us and listened to future home improvements we wanted to do.I can't recommend them more highly.

Allen Heating & Air Conditioning guys were awesome. Our AC went down in July, they showed up first thing the next morning. We chose a system, and they installed the entire system the next day. They were helpful and polite. Definitely a thumbs up from us!

Francis was prompt, punctual and efficient. he was very personable and recommended a new heating system to my friend for his home. We will be calling him for our new heat pump installation. He is well informed and highly skilled. I recommend!!

I am very pleased with the service. Our heater failed during the coldest month of the year. Called Allen Heating & Air Conditioning and a specialist came to fix it the same day. He came on time and was very polite and fixed the issue very expeditiously. I would recommend them to anyone I know!!

Allen Heating & Air Conditioning did a great job when one of our units didn't cool well. He diagnosed the problems, explained everything in detail, and fixed it a reasonable price. This was after another much larger vendor suggested we replace the entire unit. Job well done Allen Heating & Air Conditioning.

Reliable Company!! I called Allen Heating & Air Conditioning because my furnace would work fine and suddenly stop working and blow cold air after 4 hours but would work fine after it was reset. They sent out a Technician same day and he replaced a filter on my thermostat. He was here for about 2 hours. These guys are the real deal!!
