Elliott was so considerate (knocked instead of ringing doorbell and I had a sleeping baby 😅) and polite. He also was super kind to my five year old and let him watch the process of treating our tree, then answered his many questions after. He even gave my son a little tree tag to keep because he was so interested in it all! Such a delight to have a positive energy from someone doing work at your house. Rainbow is the best. Dan Bird replied right after a storm blew down a huge spruce. You can see the tree fell just past my neighbor's chimney. It took out large lilac bushes, too. Rainbow marked my utility lines before grinding the stump. (Other companies regularly omit this step.) We cut back the lilac, which will grow back, and laid sod. Thanks to Rainbow for quickly and professionally clearing out the mess for a reasonable fee!!!

Our ash trees have been treated by Rainbow Treecare for years and we are so grateful to be able to continue to enjoy these trees. This year, we reached out to Rainbow Treecare for help on our crab apple that suffered from apple scab last year. We were concerned the tree was toast, but they were able to recommend and complete a treatment and the tree looks fantastic this year! We also recently asked for a diagnosis on our maple tree. We've been very impressed by Rainbow Treecare and are grateful for their knowledge, professionalism, and services!

Jocie Anderson came out to look at the silver maple saplings that have sprung up all over my yard as a result of my neighbor’s tree producing a zillion seeds last spring. I was grateful for Jocie’s advice and expertise. She is very knowledgeable, having a degree in environmental studies and extended studies as an arborist. I found Jocie to be knowledgeable, helpful, and very pleasant to visit with. 5 Stars!!!

We have been doing these tree injections for the past 30 years, and this took longer and was more disruptive than any I can remember. Front yard tree was fine and what expected. In the backyard, I do not recall plants being tied back, nor dig up and replanted. Two were dig up and one replanted in the wrong place. It took a long time - 1.5 days.

Rainbow Tree Service has been amazing!!!! Tim Beaudry is a wonderful arborist, and is kind and very helpful. He has helped my 83 year old mother a lot. I am very grateful for the professionalism, the competence, and the kind nature. Tree service is a big business in Minnesota, but Rainbow workers are very down to earth and actually help their customers. Rainbow is taking down our Maple this coming week, and we are so pleased in their work.

I have had multiple people I have worked with throughout my life and companies. The professionalism and expertise that Rainbow tree offers for tree removal is beyond top tier. From the get go my arberesist Joey out of the little Canada office was very quick to come out and give me the best quote I got out of 4 other companies and companies that also said no it's to big if a tree for our crew. The entire process of watching the tree being removed safely and professionally the entire time. Words can't describe how amazing this company is. The tree removal crew Luke R and Cory are some of the most talented tree removal experts and arborist they there are. Tom and Reggie came out to finish the job and smoothed everything out. All 5 of these gentleman deserve a well job done. Keep it up and thanks to everyone else that assisted.

Bartlett did a great job on removing 8 large spruce trees. The communication was very good. And the crew was very professional and did a great job of cleaning up when done.

I had a “pleasure “ working with Nate Narem. In August 2018 Nate created an estimate for us, everything signed. Except nothing ever got done. After several phone calls and emails Nate finally admitted that he forgot about us. Fine. He promised to finish everything in the spring. After multiple emails went unanswered, we are done. Thanks Nate Narem!

Very pleased with the advising and work from Bartlett so far (particularly Rob Neeser). They are treating a couple of our trees. Very knowledgeable and responsive!

I had some trees die and they said an arborist could come take a look to figure out what happened, I was hoping to replant within a month if we could figure out what killed them to prevent it from happening again. The arborist said that wouldn’t be a problem; he came out, couldn’t identify the problem but took some soil and branch samples and said he would have a report to me in 2 weeks (enough time to replant).

That was 2 months ago. I have contacted them several times, each time they said they did not have results yet and would get back to me once they did. If they had been honest with me up front and let me know how long it would take I would have chosen a different company; it is now too late in the season to replant and I’ll have to wait until next year, very dissatisfied with this companies lack of responsiveness and communication.

Gary is extrembly knowledgeable, we felt totally comfortable with his diagnosis and treatment plan a few of our trees needed. The plan was clearly laid out and carried out in a very reasonable amount of time. Highly recommend!
