Rainbow TreeCare does an excellent job of taking care of our trees.

Rainbow Treecare removed 2 large trees. I appreciated the crew that came to complete this task. I call the removal of these trees a work of art. The process was amazing to watch. Before they left everything was totally cleaned up. The men were courteous, kind, communication was easy because they spoke English.
I have referred them to my neighbor.

The last few years Consulting Arborist Charles Kastern has been very helpful explaining what my trees need. In addition to answering my e-mailed questions, Charles has come to my property to inspect my trees. He has strong feelings that trees get their best care.

I am very disappointed with Rainbow Tree Care because of their poor communication, lengthy wait time to get service, and the minimal amount of work done to diagnose and fix our tree problem. We waited 6 weeks for an appointment with an arborist. That arborist recommended having a crew come out to use an air spade to determine if the trees roots were girdled and to cut some of the roots. We approved the proposal that same day. Then we waited for 4 more weeks for the crew to come to do the work. I received an invoice for the work but there was no evidence that any work had been done. I called the office and I was told that the crew had been there and did the “work”. We work at home so it would have been nice had the crew rang the door bell to let us know they were there to do the work. We weren’t even sure what work was done so I asked that the arborist call me back to let me know what had been done. The arborist did call back and said that the crew raked the mulch from around the tree to inspect the roots but did not cut any of the roots. For that we were charged $297 and waited 10 weeks. So I have started working with another company to get a more in depth diagnosis and get corrective work done rather than just a little raking.

Our neighborhood ash trees (like many others) were infested with Emerald Ash Borer. We removed one, but the Rainbow arborist felt the other was worth trying to save. They treated the tree, and it is doing very well. Their formula is recognized as one of the best, and their pricing is very competitive. I highly recommend!

Rainbow Tree showed up across the street today. A person on an electric bike fell going down the Cul-de-sac. Immediately the young, female employee jumped out of her truck to help the victim and then started her service at the home. It was so nice to see your employee not hesitate to help a stranger.

Made sure to connect with us when they first arrived, and ensured that ball windows were closed.

I would highly recommend Rainbow Tree Care services to anyone who values their home and landscaping. This is our first experience with them and we were impressed with how effiecient and friendly they are!

I called over four weeks ago to request a quote for apple scab treatments, EAB treatments, and the cost for possible tree removal. I have called four times since and have been told each time that I would be contacted within a day or two by an arborist (I think Tim was the name given to me). I have yet to be contacted! The service standards of Rainbow have certainly declined. I will seek assistance from one of your competitors.

This man was really wonderful! He came out quickly and gave us a free estimate and also his expertise on our growing problem. He was willing to take on our project and help us to success! He seemed to really know his stuff! Unfortunately we didn't have the full experience of his services, but we enjoyed every encounter we did have with him. So I wanted to give him a good review for what experience we did have with him.

Rainbow was out to trim a number of trees at my home. They did a fantastic job!

The scheduling was great. Communication has been very good. I love how Rainbow Treecare reminded me when treatment is due; furthermore, I called on day one and within two days, our Ash tree was treated for Ash Borer prevention. I’m sent a bill following the treatment and they bill exactly what was proposed for treatment cost. Mckenzie (Technician) did a great job informing me of her intentions regarding treatment of our Ash tree. She also noted that she found a slug or two and recommended those be treated.
I highly recommend Rainbow Treecare.

this young man took care of our tree stump. Operating all the equipment on his own, took great care of the surroundings and did an excellent job. He made sure the heavy tractor and cutting machine was secure and locked down on the trailer when finished. Clean up was impeccable. Your company can be very proud of this young man and his excellent work performance

Jocelyn did a consultation for us today on a gigantic silver maple. She was such an expert, and it was apparent that priority One for her was ensuring a healthy tree. But she also was very fair and balanced about cost issues etc. Just really impressed!

We’ve had Rainbow Tree Care for some years. Their prices keep climbing higher and higher. This past visit, the communication from them was terrible. We were told in July they’d be out the first few weeks of August, after that we heard nothing. On August 13th, someone came to our house with no advance notice. He was very lucky we were home as we had to leave an hour after they arrived at our house. Communication is at the top of our list when hiring anyone, we will be rethinking using them again. The person that came out seemed somewhat new as he was here for a while.

Rainbow Tree Care was the highest quality professionalism from the initial assessment of the large ash tree in our backyard to the, sadly for us, absolutely necessary removal. The arborist who did the initial inspection and assessment was complete and detailed in that assessment, pointing out a couple of signs indicating that removal needed to happen. The crew that executed the removal were efficient, hard-working and clearly dedicated to safety, judging by all of the "fashion accessories" they were wearing (helmets, ear muffs, safety goggles, kevlar chaps, neon vests/shirts). There was constant communication amongst them all and they were looking out for each other while also taking care around our small back yard not to damage anything.
It was a delicate, hard job in a rather difficult spot (my assessment, I sure would not have wanted to tackle this in such a small space!) and all of the Rainbow Tree folks accomplished the task spectacularly. Thank you. Recommend this company and its personnel without reservation, you won't be disappointed in any way.

We have used Rainbow for their tree and pest services for the last 2 years. It was so good to see Dave again! He is both knowledgeable and personable and cares about doing a good job for us.The peace of mind knowing mice and pests are not in the house is priceless! You can trust Rainbow.

Customer service was great, super easy to establish an appointment. The person providing the estimate was straightforward and explained the services clearly. There was NO pressure at all! The person who came out to provide the service (Emerald Ash Borer treatment) explained the service well and was friendly and professional. Very happy with the service!
