I have been very impressed with Tonka plumbing, heating and cooling. I used their plumbing repair service in the past and recently asked them to evaluate my air conditioning system. This resulted in a number of short term suggestions and a detailed proposal for execution next Spring. Owner, Scott, is a true professional. I highly recomment this company.

Disregard the poor reviews given over the last year or so. They've had some staffing changes and things are back to where they used to be. We just had them install a new HVAC system in a older home our elderly mother purchased. They provided great service, at a reasonable price. Now we have a local company that will be able to service her needs when emergencies come up. You can't go wrong with Tonka Plumbing Heating & Cooling.

Our air conditioning went down this summer and Tonka Plumbing, Heating and Cooling came out quickly, assessed the problem and returned with necessary parts in a very timely fashion to complete the repair. Their communication was superior, they were very professional and their price was very fair. Will be using them for all of our future heating, plumbing and AC needs. Highly recommend!

Scott installed a new NAVIEN combo water heater in my house, replacing 2 hot water heaters. Very happy with the installation and his prompt answers to any follow up questions I had. I would highly recommend them.

Steve is the greatest. Call him Saturday morning left a message with in and hour he returned my call and asked me if I would be around and said he would see me around 1:00 and around 1 he showed up. The best.

I was looking for someone to fix my parents heater and I was able to get steve out there. He fixed it temporarily. After a couple of weeks it started failing again and I contacted him, said he was out with covid. That is understandable but i contacted him again just this week and no response! I’m assuming he just doesn’t want to own up to his 2 year warranty that he claims with his service. DO NOT GO HERE!

Steve installed my furnace in 1996 a few years before I bought my house, I was having inconsistent heat in December and I called and left a voicemail message, got a text back in less than an hour with an appointment. Steve quickly diagnosed and replaced the control board. Great service and good rates (low overhead when you get a local family business).
