I don’t know what has happened at Tonka Plumbing lately, but I will never call them again.
I have used them before, they used to be nice and prompt. But, not any more.
I called two weeks ago requesting a visit. Molly was short and rude. I figured I knew these guys and they were nice, and she was just having a bad day.
I called this morning at 8 inquiring when the guys will be stopping by. The answer was shorter and much rude(er) than the last time, denying the appointment.
Despite the shortage of tradesmen these days, courtesy, honesty, and respect are still essential and required in your business!!

Nothing but positive things to say about my experiences with Tonka Plumbing- I've had several issues over the past year- some big and some small, and every single time the response has been fantastic. I so appreciate the honesty and care with which all work has been completed. I would never call anyone else to deal with my plumbing and heating and cooling issues and would strongly recommend this company to anyone looking for great quality of work. I can attest to the fact that they go above and beyond in terms of customer service.

Recent visit from Tonka plumbing : I was given a time frame but then received a text at the end of the time frame saying he'd be 2-3 hours later. Gave access to the house ,he was here for less than 10 min. Had a difficult time contacing him after inspection , no response from the office either. After several attempts I did get a call back. Serices charge for a 10 min DX was 202.00 . Not the expericane I previously had with Scott. Will reconsider Tonka Plumbing for future needs.

I called their shop armed with a recommendation from a neighbor. No one answered the phone. I know plumbers are in short supply, but his was odd, and I left a message. Time passed, and I had to make a choice to find another alternative which scheduled for next week. In the meantime, I got a very harried voice mail from the other principal to call back: not very inviting. I called back and got the harried principal #2, and I explained what happened just to be clear. She didn't even listen, but spit out "That's find we couldn't get anyone out to you today." That wasn't ever my expectation, but I was thankful that I won't ever call a company like this with such lousy front end customer service.

They were absolutely terrific, arrived on time, got the job done quickly and efficiently, and even took the time to point out helpful preventative measures to avoid future issues.
