Reviews of local pros in Mound, Minnesota

Fast, kind, fixed my drain quick, and good prices.

Prices can't be beat. They're always available fast and get the job done quick.

They we fast, fixed the problem and the cost was very reasonable. I will be using them again.

Sent out a great plumber, got me all fixed up, and price was very reasonable!

Great service and did the job quickly and efficiently! Highly recommend these guys! Great job, Jordan!

Been using this company for over 15 years and will continue to use them good work and fair price.

Brad did our drain fast and even cleaned up after the job. Excellent response time. Will use again to clean out roots.

I requested a quote yesterday and they never got back to me. Today there is no need anymore because I called Roto Rooter, what they say request a quote in an hour time is not true.”

The difference between a five star and a one star is all of the water that flooded my basement when they were here. This could have been prevented if they asked a few questions before starting their work. Won’t be a repeat customer.

Great company, they are on time, get to you fast, polite and price is great. I have used this company mutiple times and will continue to do so.

Top Quality Homes

Great company.. Super affordable, excellent customer service and very thorough- profesional techs.

Had same day services after coming home from vacation to a backed up sewer line.

Thank you 😊

Came out and cleaned my drain quickly and was very polite. Reasonably priced as well!

Great company with great prices. Office staff, technicians, and ownership are incredibly responsive and easy to work with. Highly recommend.

I try to call them every year to clear my main sewer line. Experienced workers, great customer service, awesome to work with. No BS, no extra charges, pay for what you get which is quality work.

I had Randy come out to my house today (weekend) to clean my main line. I didn't have any knowledge of an access point other than my toilet. This meant more work for him but he simply got to work and cleaned out our main line. After we were done he gave me some advice on where to look for a different access point to our main line.

Great customer service and the price wasn't bad either!

Opie came out to snake a drain. He was very professional and informative. Will call again in a year because of our trees. So nice to my mother, too. The price and the business model are great. Friendly and courteous through and through.

Great for our business. Much better service than Roto Rooter! They use much more advanced equipment and cost about the same. Our drains are now lasting 10 times as long without service so it's actually saving us about 3 service trips a year. I would highly recommend.

Amazing service, they came out same day on a Sunday and were very fair with the price. Have dealt with 4-5 different drain cleaners over the years these guys are the ones I’d recommend every time.

Excellent Service!! Jeff fielded my call and had a service tech out to my house within the hour. Brad the service tech did an excellent job, was very thorough with his description of what he was doing and also took extra close care to ensure the job was done quickly and correctly. I would highly recommend SOS!!

This is my second time using Jeff's S.O.S and I could not be happier. The price is more than fair for what you get especially if you get Brad. He knows his stuff and he is super helpful and personal. I had a nightmare with another company before I found Jeff's and I will never go anywhere else! Once again Brad is the best!

These guys are terrific! I had a clogged floor drain in my garage and they showed up promptly, cleared the drain in no time at all. And they didn't even charge me! (Not that everyone should expect free work, but what a breath of fresh air.) I would definitely recommend SOS Drain and Sewer!
