What a great experience. Had use other well known companies around St. Paul and had garbage service. SOS came out, told me everything that I needed to know and performed the service within an hour. The other company wasnt even close and never "fixed" the problem. A++, highly recommend, will not use anyone else from now on.

I was really disappointed!
They came highly recommended! I had to call a couple of times, they couldn’t tell me if they provided the camera services I needed and would get back to me. I didn’t hear from them for a couple days so I called back scheduled an appointment. They gave me a 2 hour window, they failed to come or call.
I called and left a message. A little while later they explained “Something came up at another job and could not come out that day”. I said I would call back with options. When I called back they couldn’t accommodate me until later the next week. Forget it - I called Quillans

I called in on Monday morning and was told that they could have somebody out within two hours of my call! I was so surprised as the plumber I originally called told me friday was the earliest availability. The technician showed up and was friendly but work-focused. He got the situation resolved efficiently and at a price that was reasonable. I was so pleased with the experience that I would highly recommend these services to anyone!

OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE! I called S.O.S to come out after I had some sewage backup into my utility room. They had someone out the next day to snake and clear the drain. The tech (Marty) went above and beyond and cleaned up the area where the sewer water had backed up. Definitely exceeded my expectations and will use them again for future needs. Thank you!!

“Crandall” came to my house to service a call. There’s something called customer service etiquette, and apparently he missed that memo. RUDE.

I heard about SOS from our local Ace sales associate and I’m glad I called them! Marty did a great job unclogging our kitchen sink. He was courteous and knowledgeable. The price we paid for emergency weekend service was very competitive. Marty and SOS earned our business for years to come!

Had a franchise (leaving name out) come clean my sewer drain for my annual cleaning. They claimed there was a block from a drain plug that had slipped down and presented me with an estimate for $6K to cut into my concrete as they would not be able to remove the plug otherwise. Called SOS for a second opinion. They found the plug and were able to flush it out within an hour. Can't recommend them enough!

Marty was polite and did a wonderful and quick job. He was in and out in less than half an hour and I will be recommending SOS to friends and family in the future.

We have shallow drains in our older home where we need the drain cleared on a regular basis. In the past I used one of the largest national companies to clean our drains, but the service and cost does not even come close to the service and value I receive from SOS.

I've been with SOS for the last 2 years now. One of the things I appreciate about SOS is the fee structure and upfront cost for the work to be done. A standard drain cleaning fee for the initial drain is charged with cleaning to additional drains at a lower fee which is more than reasonably priced (and much cheaper then the company I used before.)

Their employees are very experienced. Aaron, with 10 years experience, preformed three standard drain cleanings today for backup drains. He was very knowledgeable, efficient, taking the extra step to thoroughly clean up every thing after he completed the job. He offered great recommendations for how to best manage our drains given the age of our house.

Randy, with over 25 years experience, also did an excellent job cleaning out three drains for me last year. He also gave me tips and preventative measures I implemented which has helped other drains in our home stay clear.

Highly recommend this local company over the large national company!

SOS was amazing! We had a frozen kitchen sink pipe and required water jetting services to unfreeze. SOS performed the service same day at a price that was literally half what a competitor quoted us at. I can't say enough good things about them. If you are in need of a plumber, your first call should be SOS. You will not be disappointed!
