I’m a new customer. I just bought a home and I’m having their weekly lawn care service and will be having their snow care services all winter. The lawn care is excellent. If there are any needs or changes to what I need mowed or weed wacked, I just send in a quick reply from their email. I love the work!

We initially hired Lawn Care to cleanup and remove fall leaves on our 1/2 acre lot with many mature oak and maple trees. They did a wonderful job and we hired them to mow weekly. They do a thorough job and blow clean our driveway and sidewalk when finished.

Timely and dependable. What you want from a snow removal company.

They were timely to clear the snow and always did a nice job. On a couple of occasions they cleared it even when didn’t meet the minimum inches.

I called to set up services and they were very short with me and told me that they only do seasonal and don't do one times. I'm guessing they don't need more customers, I would have signed up for seasonal services.

Very satisfied with the service. We signed up a month late and we’re billed for full season.

Whenever it snowshoes it's an issue.
This time they blew alot of the snow in the alley because our drive way is positioned that all the snow has to go one way.
Aparently it was to much work so they blew it in the alley and now it's frozen.
Stay clear of this place.

Lawn Care Snow Removal LLC provided timely and thorough snow removal for us this winter. We recommend this company.

This is my second year for snow removal with this company. They are not very timely with removing the snow. And will. It answer the phone to discuss anything with them. I need to contact them after EVERY snowfall for bad service.

Great service. It was a busy snow season and they were out at my home on schedule every time this year. Photos of the before and after are an added bonus.

First year with a snow removal service and have really enjoyed both the service and responsiveness! They’ve even dropped by a few times when in the neighborhood to clear on days where we weren’t quite at threshold we requested for clearing. Has made this year so much more manageable!

Used this service for my lawn care for a couple of years and they were excellent, both at the job and with communication. Would get texts that communicated when they were going to mow and could easily contact them back through text with any problems (never had to use, but nice to know). Only reason we stopped is because we sold the house.

Andrew’s Lawn & Snow is the third company we’ve used since moving to MN from TX, and they’ll be our last! We receive detailed emails each time snow is predicted to fall within our trigger window as well as pictures of our property before and after each time it’s serviced. It’s always plowed well within the 24 hour window, and we never have to worry about being “snowed in” by our super long private drive!

I was lied to when I set up service. Cleaning is not done within 24 hours. Last cleaning was 56 hours after snow stopped. They said they had a crew that will rotate sometimes my mom would be first and sometimes last but always within 24 hours. I asked if they used a plow or snow blower. They said it depends on how much snow but assured me they had a crew that would use the necessary equipment for the snow fall and instead I found out from the guys at the last snowfall that came after 56 hours that it goes out on an app and whoever wants it takes it and it rarely will get done within 24 hours. He only has a shovel so the ice built up in the driveway because even though I specifically asked if salt would be used everywhere stressing my mom was 80 and needed to be safe walking to the mailbox and was told yes that was not the case. I have called numerous times to discuss nobody has returned my call. If I could give no stars I would. Paid 3000 dollars and this service is not even close to worth that in my opinion

Excellent, dependable lawn care and snow removal service. You can count on this service to get the job done correctly. If you have an issue, customer service is excellent. I would highly recommend this service; particularly, for those of you that are Minnesota Snowbirds!
