1st Select Property does a great job at managing Silver View apartments. I have always received a prompt reply whenever I text or submit a work request.

I have lived here for just over 1 year. I must say it is the worst place I've ever lived. There are many reasons why. And I wouldn't recommend this apartment complex to anyone.
Honestly, this place doesn't even deserve 1 star for a review.

Angelica property manager at 1st select is truly one of a kind. Words cannot describe her work ethic. I can honestly say she is dedicated to her work in delivering the outmost care to her tenants. I have worked with several property managers in the past and have yet to see someone that has the kind of passion and dedication to the community she services. Angie is truly the best!

Great staff, property is well maintained daily, kept clean and concerns/requests are quickly addressed! Rented from many places before where they could care less about your issues; but that is not the experience here!

1st select is one of the best properties! They are always very timely with accommodating tenants. The properties are always well kept they make sure of it! I would recommend their property locations every time!

This company has tried to 'rebrand' in Google three different times (First Select PMI, First Select Equities & now 1st Select Services) since I’ve been a tenant even though it seems they are still under First Select Management Inc. They are now very responsive to comments here but ignored the 1-star reviews in the other two businesses that are now 'closed'. Since I've been a tenant, we went from having three different property managers to no manager. The phone line at the front door was cut off. The regional manager would come to the office at odd hours so I could never reach them in person, by email, or phone for the past 5+ months. I tried to schedule an in-person meeting but never received a response.

As a tenant, I would NEVER recommend renting under this management. Save your mental anguish for something else, not from your potential rental home.

Just as bad as gaughan management. They don’t care about who they employ. Incompetence runs rampant with this one. The mowing company is terrible and doesn’t put the deck down. Towing company does nothing. Snow plow doesn’t clear snow. Bottom line, bad company all around.

Would give ZERO stars if possible. Management can't respond to basic questions, the common areas of buildings are FILTHY because they won't clean, maintenance requests aren't addressed for weeks, snow isn't removed in a timely fashion as required by law. What exactly they are "managing" is a mystery.

Moriah is always on top of my properties needs! We meet every week to go over ledgers and maintenance issues. She is great at communicating and keeps tenants happy.

Good and quiet place to live. Good communication when it comes to any updates regarding changes in the facility or construction occurring nearby that could affect residents. Overall, I'm satisfied!

Management is very friendly and helpful. They communicate very well and keep their buildings clean. I love my cozy apartment!

I have lived at this complex for about six months & have never had any issues with management, maintenance, or tenants. It’s nicely tucked away down in the woods which is very peaceful & the pool/commons area is great in the summertime

This is a quiet, respectful place to live. The Kaposia Valley Community is tucked away on a hill near Kaposia Landing. I value the thick walls, hill facing balconies (backside of the building), and inexpensive underground parking. I have lived here going on 5 years and have enjoyed every single year! Thank you Kaposia Valley and First Select!

I tried to move in after being in a tough situation and were quick and respectful for my calls and emails... appreciate the cleanliness and kindness off staff and neighbors too best place to live and super happy with the results. Thank you so much to the manager there, Max Mansueto.

I didn’t know what was boxelder bug was let alone the tree that attracted them. Which was out side my window. The service man that came out to fix the seal on my windows and cut down that tree was so nice and knowledgeable he told me how to get ride them without using poison since they made they way into my apartment . I’m glad I will be able to open my windows for fresh air and no worries about them elder bugs flying in.

My car was towed because management did not give me a new permit sticker. When I tried to get management to help. I was ignored and my car is still at the tow company. 5 hours of zero response. I asked for proof of this notice that was sent about a new permit sticker. Ignored. This is not the first time. It has happened before. Both times management somehow forgot to give me a permit sticker. This is a common practice for this place. I could not go to work today and now I can’t tomorrow because they deliberately did not give me a new permit sticker because they are discriminating against and this is definitely harassment . I was not reimbursed last time so this time my car will sit there until they pay.

This is the 3rd name change in about 18 months. Last 2 had mostly 1 star reviews. Then they list the company as “permanently closed” and change the name. Corporate does not care about residents or staff unless you agree with them. They don’t treat people fairly, don’t actually care about the staff and just want to make money off of owners. Very unethical and unprofessional corporate structure. If your looking for a place to live, I would steer clear from anything managed by this property management company, whatever they change their name too.

since acquiring it in 2022 it has been changed 3 times. Name changes have been made after having a significant amount of bad reviews. Coincidence?

I have lived at Lucia Lane for almost 9 years.
This place is one to definatly call home. Everyone keeps to them self's you rarely hear any noises. Maitnance is always on top of their work any problem you have they address right away. Definitely recommend living here. My kids have both grown up here and don't even want to talk about leaving.

I highly recommend this apartment for living in, have been living here for 3 years and I love the way all the stuff takes care of this place, every single day, I have never had any issues with any of the services they provide for all residents. We can say this complex are one of the best to live.
