Didn’t have his main equipment with so he used squeegee and left some marks on upper story windows. I have contacted company 3 times and left messages and also texted with no reply. Reason for a 3 is because of not being gotten back to.

Brown's tech cleaned my area rug but did not have/use an extractor, so the dirty water was left in the rug. It did not look clean when it dried. Had to redo the rug with a cleaning/extracting machine.
