Reviews of local pros in Rogers, Minnesota

Recently had spring cleanup and mulch top dressing with Spear’s. Communication was prompt and the work was done quickly. Great landscaping company to work with.

Jeff and his team were great to work with. Jeff visualized my backyard in a way I had not thought of and it turned out to make it a wonderful place to hang out and enjoy. He coordinated the project that included a new composite deck, a patio, paver walls, grading, new beds and plantings, sod, a new fence, new front step and cement driveway. Any issues that came up were addressed to my satisfaction. Jeff was accessible for questions and would check on progress in person frequently. The team was reliable, friendly, committed to doing good work, on time and cleaned up the work site every night. I highly recommend them! Ann S.

I worked with Jeff and his team to do landscaping around our pool and pool house that we had installed. John was the site supervisor and he was so diligent in his workmanship. Spear's had done a 3D digital rendering for us, and the rendering to what was completed were identical. They have great ideas and design. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a good landscape company that will follow through with what they tell you they are going to do.

Spear’s Landscaping did a phenomenal job on our project. They were so patient helping us get the design work just how we wanted, and then were able to bring it to life. The crew was beyond professional, very communicative and you can tell how much pride they take in their work. There were absolutely no cut corners on this project. We strongly recommend them and can’t wait to dream up more projects for them to help us with.

Spear’s Landscape completely transformed our yard into a beautiful area perfect for leisure as well as hosting guests. We love our new patio complete with a fire ring, a bubbling rock fountain, great mulch and a variety of plants. The crew was very professional and the owner Jeff was hands-on assuring we were pleased with the final project. Our project turned out better than we ever could have imagined! At completion of the project, the site was left perfectly restored and clean. Would highly recommend Spear's Landscape to anyone looking for landscaping work!

We had Spear's refresh our front landscape, and they did a great job. They worked with us on the plan till it was right. Jobs like this are inherently messy, yet they took time each evening to clean up, organize tools and equipment for use again the next day, and checked in with us regarding boulder placement while work was taking place.

I contacted Spear's last year to redo the landscaping around the house I had just purchased. Jeff came out and provided some great ideas not only for plants/trees/etc., but also came up with a beautiful design for the back patio and front walkway. He also came up with a plan to resolve some standing water issues we had in the back yard through the use of some drain tiles and a little re-grading.
Spear's Landscaping as a whole was very responsive throughout the planning stages and had no issue with some quick modifications to the plans as my wife and I changed our minds about a few details here and there.
The crew that came out and did the work was fantastic. They worked some long, hard days and you could tell how experienced and professional they were.
The whole experience of working with Spear's Landscaping was a pleasure and we're thrilled with the work they did. I would definitely recommend working with them.

Highly recommend Spear's Landscape Inc for any outdoor related projects you have in mind. We recently had a beautiful paver patio put in to accommodate a new swim spa next to our existing deck. In addition, the project required some regrading of the yard with proper drainage, additional planter beds with plants/bushes/flowers/stepping stones, and a large tree being added. We knew we were going to like it from the original plans, but now that it is complete, we couldn't be happier - it truly enhanced our yard!

Working with Mike through the entire project, it was nothing short of excellent from start to finish. Mike's professionalism, care, and attentiveness made us confident that we had gone with the right company and people for the job. Not to mention how amazing the final project turned out, we are blown away! We will be leaning on Spear's for any future projects.

Outstanding Landscaping Services!
The Spears team was highly qualified, efficient, and clearly skilled at what they do. They listened to my ideas and turned them into a reality beyond my expectations. The quality of work and product is exceptional. It was stated at the beginning of the job that the job site would be kept clean, and the workers would be very professional, and the team proved this true. The team successfully met all timelines and exceeded expectations communicated throughout the project. Our landscape project was a small project, but we were treated as if it was just as important as a larger scale job. We highly recommend Spears Landscape Incorporated to anyone looking to enhance their outdoor living space!

Jeff was great to work with and designed our backyard oasis to perfection! 1000% recommend using them!

The Spear's Landscaping team was great to work with. We knew we wanted an update to our backyard and wanted to create a family space but had no idea where to start.

Jeff and Dave were very responsive and came out immediately to take a look at our space, hear what we were wanting out of it and had suggestions on how best to utilize our yard without having it look out of place with our house and wooded backyard.

They had a plan worked up for us quickly and were good adapting a few changes we had before and during the process. They were great with giving us ideas for the projects as add-ons without pushing it knowing everyone works on a budget. Jeff was also very conscious of working the project to the budget.

Another thing our family appreciated was the team that came in to do the work - his crew worked from sun up to sun down and even our neighbors were impressed at how hard they worked to get the projected completed quickly. They were quick to notice if something didn't come together how they had hoped and made sure to rework it to be perfect. It was very much appreciated their attention to detail and they're willingness to meet high standards.

They were also great with our dog who ventured out while they worked as well as taking some time to interact with our kids and show them the different machines they were using for the project.

Lastly, we appreciated the direct communication with Jeff and his team. Through calls, texts and emails, we were always in the loop on where we were throughout the project and what to expect next.

In short, Jeff and his team are a great example of taking ownership of a project and executing our plan.

We had a fantastic experience working with this landscaping company from start to finish. The entire process—from design through to implementation—was seamless and enjoyable. The team was professional, collaborative, and clearly committed to delivering high-quality work. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a top-notch landscaping project in the area.

We had a great experience working with Spear's Landscape. The team was professional, responsive, and truly helpful throughout the entire process. They took the time to understand what we were looking for and delivered excellent results. The landscaping turned out beautifully and exceeded our expectations. Highly recommend for anyone looking for reliable and quality service!

I worked with Michael and had a great experience. He was very easy to work with, professional, and delivered results that exceeded our expectations. His entire team was courteous, helpful, and professional throughout the project. I would gladly work with them again and highly recommend their services.

Jeff was fantastic to work with through the design process! His attention to detail is second to none. His crew did an amazing job and we absolutely love how everything turned out! I would definitely recommend him to anyone who wants a first class landscaping project completed!

We updated the front area of our house, removed a bunch of plants and added a patio. It turned out great. We absolutely love it. We don’t have any furniture on it yet but once we do it will be amazing to sit out there and relax.

We worked with Mike Aasen and he was excellent to work with. I highly recommend him. The crew did a wonderful job and understood customer service.

We would highly recommend Spear’s Landscaping.

Our neighbors used Spear’s Landscaping last year and we loved how their patio turned out . That is why we selected them to do our work.

From starting with design, the execution, and finishing our project, Michael and his team were professional, punctual, and yielded artistic excellence. Our project was vast, and all details were upheld and executed with great precision. Trevor, leading the team on the ground, was incredibly hard working with good communication and follow through. The team went above and beyond, and catered to our specific environmental obstacles (wetland, clay, etc) creating a space we made memories in all summer long. Would rehire Spears for all future landscaping needs hands down.

Spears Landscape did an excellent job with our retaining wall project! From the initial plan to the finished product, their attention to detail was outstanding. Michael’s communication throughout the whole process was fantastic, answering all our questions along the way. My family and I are very satisfied with the work and we will be using them again in the spring for additional projects.

We are so pleased with the experience we had with Spear’s Landscaping, they are first rate from start to finish! From our very first meetings we could tell that they “got it” and were very professional. Michael came up with a great design and was very understanding and patient as we asked for changes or options. Their price was very fair, not the cheapest out there but really great value for the quality of Design, Installation and SERVICE they deliver from start to finish. Nate, Mike and the team all did exceptional installation work and we could really see how important it was to them to deliver us a first rate outcome. We are tough customers; we have very high expectations and Spear’s met and exceeded them throughout the process. We’ve worked with several landscapers and contractors and our experience with the Spear’s team was the best we’ve had, we wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone who wants an exceptional result for their project!

We were wanting to update our landscape to make it more manageable and give the property a cleaner look. We were also in need of replacing/updating our front walkway and stoop.

From the initial meeting with Jeff, to meeting with Dave regarding the best plant options, to Nate and his crew doing the laborious work, we have nothing but positive reviews. All of them were professional and approachable and honest with their responses to the work needing to be done.

Would highly recommend to anyone wanting the work done right from beginning to end and the reassurance that should any questions arise they handled and answered those with the highest of professionalism.

Michael provided outstanding service by identifying and fixing the dishwasher issue in a timely manner! I would absolutely use Omega Force in the future and recommend them to anyone with appliance issues.
