The guy that did my repair was professional right on it. Ordered the part while I was standing there 2 days later came back put it in and the next day it started making ice again. I would definitely recommend using these people

The company was easy to work with noting the tracker they use so you know when they will arrive is great! Adam was prompt, friendly, knowledgeable and quick to diagnose and repair my appliance. We would definitely use this company again!!

All around excellent service from start to finish. Quick response. They were on-site and Collin did an exemplary job fixing the ice buildup on the bottom of our freezer. Collin was personable, efficient, friendly and had a great wit and sense of humor, which I always appreciate, especially when dealing with the stress of broken down appliances! This company embodies everything and more that an appliance repair can be. From the first call for help, to saying goodbye to our remarkable, superstar tech Adam, it was a dream. I have never had such stellar service. Over the last few days we became embroiled in a repair company scam that took our money, destroyed the food in our refrigerator and shook our trust in humans. Wonderful service. I called after 5:00 pm, expecting at best voice mail, and the phone was promptly answered! I was offered a service call time for the next day. Nate arrived a couple minutes early. My dryer wasn’t producing heat so he had stopped and picked up a new heating element before coming to our house. That was the problem, he showed me the old one, popped the new one in and was completely done in 25 minutes. Thanks much!

I had the BEST experience. Nate was amazing at fixing my fridge which was leaking in two different places. He found both leaks and was so helpful and efficient. He even went above and beyond to pick up a needed part so that it could be done right the same day. Recommend highly!

Called Friday morning due to a powered off built-in refrigerator. Paul came out that afternoon and got it working with a switch bypass over the weekend and a switch replacement was installed Tuesday. This company has saved us thousands and Paul was incredibly fast with his diagnostic and repairs. Will definitely add this to my referral list whenever someone asks for appliance repair. Fast, very reasonable prices, top notch quality work and Paul is a fantastic and professional guy.

Paul came to our house in St Michael this week for a washing machine issue. He was very thorough, professional and was completely honest with his diagnosis of the problem we were facing. Called Omega to get a quote on a refrigerator repair. First thing I got was we charge 129 dollars for a service call and I need your payment information. Had a scheduled appointment time with a 2 hour window. Received a call the night before that parts were not delivered and would have to reschedule for the following day. Not a big deal. Service Worker showed up 2 hours early without notice. Not a big deal would have liked to be given some notice. I don't know how you can order parts when you haven't looked at anything! Anyway the service man proceeds to work on my microwave and I'm standing in my kitchen and he tells me he doesn't like people standing behind him and watching him work! I told him I would leave and to let me know if he needed anything. He was here for about 2 hours and he said he was done. As far as I can tell the microwave is working fine. The refrigerator has stopped making the noise and I believe it's working so far except for the ice maker. Service Man said it would take 24 hours to cool down and the ice would work. Well it's been over 24 hours and the ice maker isn't working. The water spout works but no ice!

I cannot say enough good things about Jacob! He fixed the problem quickly. He told me exactly what he was going to do and how much it would cost. He was professional, a great communicator, and just an all around great person. I highly recommend Omega and Jacob is a 10 out of 10 employee!

Brandon was absolutely great. He was ahead of schedule, notified me and knew exactly what he was doing. He went above and beyond when he fixed up and serviced my Dryer. Cleaned it out, serviced the wheels, replaced what needed to be replaced and now it works better then ever. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Michael was quick to respond in setting an appointment. He was flexible when he finished his early appointment before us and flexible in arriving at ours earlier than scheduled. He quickly attacked our dishwasher problem and found the no draining problem right away. He corrected the problem then made sure everything worked perfectly and way ahead of schedule and under my budgeted amount. Very happy with Michael. He’s a nice guy too. Cleaned up afterwards. We had a fantastic experience with him.

This was the first time I worked with Omega Force, & the experience was great from start to finish! Problem reporting, appointment scheduling, service delivery—all stellar. I contacted them in the morning because my fridge had stopped working. It’s really old (~16 years) & nonstandard, size-wise, so I thought it wouldn’t be fixable. Omega Force was able to schedule a service call for that afternoon. Evan arrived well within the window they gave me. He was thoughtful, courteous, efficient, and effective! Evan was able to replace the faulty relay on the circuit board and complete all repairs in less than two hours. The trip charge & overall fees were very reasonable. I would absolutely call Omega Force again & wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to family & friends.

I subnitted a warranty claim and set up an appt for Monday afternoon to fix my washer. Half hour later they called and asked if I was available for the next 2 hours to have a tech out- yes!! Tech was there in 30 minutes.

Michael was incredibly nice, and got my washer up and running in no time.

Adam from Omega Force was great! He was prompt, polite, and clearly knew what he was doing. He diagnosed and fixed our Refrigerator in about 30 minutes. Had a guy come out to our house on Tuesday to look at our dryer and wasn't able to fix same day. Not the issue. My issue was how he left my house after he came and tore apart the dryer. Not only did he use my vacuum and then not empty it or even ask where a garbage can was, he then proceeded to leave a massive pile of lint all over my floor and in a cat toy box with toys. Can't say I was impressed AT ALL. Would not recommend.

Nate provided excellent service during the repair of my range. He arrived promptly, quickly diagnosed the issue, and replaced the control board efficiently. He also made sure to check that everything was working properly before completing the job.
