The whole crew is great! Sam is always quick to respond to any request or question and get it resolved quickly. The techs are all very knowledgeable, arrive on time, and get the job done quickly the first time. They actually communicate with you while they are getting the work done and are easy to talk to. Lorna does her absolute best to get someone scheduled to come out as soon as possible and is great about communicating who's coming and when. Wonderful people to work with and would recommend them 100%!

Nick arrived to trouble shoot a light switch. He fixed the light switch issue in less than 1 minute.
He mentioned he had more time allocated to my appointment and I asked him how he would feel about moving 3 wall outlets. He said, “Sure.”
Within 1 hour he was done. We were very impressed with the speed and quality of his work. I felt bad about adding on work to the appointment but he didn’t mind at all.
I would totally recommend Nick for electrical work.
Hard to find people who really know what they are doing and do it so quickly.

We had an EV charger installed and, while there were a few bumps in the road during the process, Kim Reid was absolutely excellent at communicating every step of the way. She was responsive, professional, and made sure everything was handled smoothly.

The electrician, Steve, came to do a hardwire EV charger install for me. He was prompt in his arrival, actually arrived 30 minutes early, and very knowledgeable about the work that had to be done. To make sure we in alignment on the work that was to be done, he walked me through the job and answered all my questions before he began working. Took him about 2 hours from start to finish, including the virtual inspection. GREAT JOB!

J. Becher did all of out low voltage when we built our house in 2020. We have had a couple minor issues, like needing to reset the network after power failures in the neighborhood. I'd day about a year ago, it was tough to get in touch with someone directly. Today though, I called and got right to Brian to discuss the issue with losing visual in the Family Room. Brian got me on the schedule right away. Great experience. Thank you guys. I appreciate your knowledge of these complex systems and your ability to help.

A neighbor recommended JBecher to us. When we contacted JBecher for a quote, the company responded quickly with a bid. Once we contracted with them they set up an appointment immediately, which was pretty amazing given our prior experiences with other companies.
On he day of the appointment, Brandon installed an outlet for an electric stove. He was knowledgeable, explained the process, answered my questions, prompt, & friendly. We would definitely use this company again & happily refer them to others.

Once we got connected (a little clunky during a holiday week) things moved quickly and efficiently, and my installation couldn’t have been better. Thanks to Kyle, Jeff and Brandon for good communication, coordination and most importantly, an excellent installation, including a small side project that was able to be added on efficiently!

I have used Randy's 3 times now over the last 10 years, and have always been pleased. This time my electrician was Josh. Josh not only did a great job but was courteous and informative. Unlike prior jobs, I was around most of the time for this one and experienced his professionalism and candid conversations. Josh also displayed patience and knowledge that he freely shared with the two apprentices he had with him. Thank you for the service provided.

Dan did a fantastic job putting in my garbage disposal. He was fast, friendly and gave me options. I would highly recommend Randy’s.

The techs were courteous and proficient. Chris discovered a faulty fuse and replaced it in the electrical panel, showed me how to refresh the outlets that had shut off, and his coworker helped restore connections to the garage. All in all it was a win and I am relieved for such efficient and reliable support.

Richard is sharp, friendly and gets the job done. He was better than a 2nd electrician from another company in terms of aptitude and pricing. Good presence as well
