My basement drain was flooded. Dan called me a day ahead of time and went over the process and the different levels of service he could offer and the prices connected with that. He and Corey were very, very informative and I felt they were really looking out for me. So much so that I joined the Randi’s club so that I if I ever have any other need plumbing or electrical my house will be covered. This turned out to be a good day.

Luke installed a new toilet and bidet attachment in my guest bath and a bidet attachment in my master bath. He carefully explained my options including costs, which was very helpful. He was very thorough during the installment process, and explained how things worked in terms this very inexperienced toilet plumbing dyi’er could easily understand. What worked out really well for me was that since I am going out of town for a week soon, he and his scheduler worked it out so this project could be done today rather than waiting. That type of above-and-beyond customer service is very much appreciated.

Since I live in an apartment, it’s not very likely I’ll need plumbing or electrical service again (never say never, though). If I do, Randy’s will be my first call, due in large part to Luke’s customer service and professional skills.

This is what you get with Midwest Plumbing. Wont pass an inspection. Permits not pulled until Homeowner required and plumber never showed up to repair.

Midwest plumbing helped redo some plumbing at my cabin. Will, Trenton and Neil were great to work with and finished the job on time.
