The plumber that came from Randy’s was very professional, efficient, and thorough.

This is a 100 year old house, and the Plumbing is quite old, nevertheless, he was very successful in completing the task in a short period of time.

Easy to get in touch with, flexible and quick scheduling, technician was on time and gave an appropriate eta, technician was friendly, thorough, and provided great options without pressuring for added services. Work was completed quickly and looks like a quality job. Maybe slightly on the higher cost side of things but you definitely get the quality, convenience, and trust out of it which I never experience with other companies. Would recommend.

Emergency Electrical. We had some intermittent outages in just certain outlets in our house. After googling, we learned that there aren’t many places that have emergency electricians on weekends—maybe because most emergency issues relate to broader outages? So we were relieved that Randy’s could dispatch someone within an hour or two. And the technician (Josh) was awesome. He talked me through everything he was noticing and was able to diagnose the problem at the service line and get us fixed up within an hour. I was incredibly relieved by the fair price, and the peace of mind of addressing an issue immediately instead of waiting for disaster to strike.

Jeremy Metzger and his Apprentice were absolutely amazing. Very thorough throughout the electrical inspection and were very educational and honest when talking me through recommendations, especially considering the house was 50+ years old.

The electrician and his apprentice both were completely professional while also being personable, excellent customer service. The electrician additionally provided valuable insight beyond just the needed repair related to the unfortunate discovery of knob and tube wiring as well as a recommendation for a drywall repair service.

Richard arrived very early in the morning despite the snowy weather and was right on time for our appointment. He quickly identified the electrical issue in our home and fixed it with ease. Communication was great throughout the entire process. Erick and his assistant (I’m sorry I can’t remember his name) were very professional, knowledgeable, and respectful. The work was completed in a timely manner and everything was explained clearly along the way. I was very satisfied with the service and would definitely call them again in the future for any updates or repairs.

Brian was great! Because the problem required a new light outdoor light fixture, we decided to put the job off, so Brian just did the service call but explained everything very well. I also appreciated his half hour call ahead so I knew when he was coming.

Nick followed up and completed the lighting issue. He was excellent at communicating and did a fabulous job replacing the lights. Much appreciated.

Dan did a great job. He added some recessed electrical boxes, removed some unneeded switches and lights, and added an additional panel in the garage. He was professional, informative, and fair. It was more expensive than we were anticipating but we had just bought a new house and the previous owner didn't do things to code. Never the less, we joined the membership and plan to use them again.

Jeremy from Randy's Electric was very experienced and knowledgeable, and great to work with. He called to let us know when he was on his way over, which was right at the scheduled time. He readily agreed to some health-related house rules we need to have in place. He listened to all the various tasks we needed done (which included installing new chandelier-style light fixtures, a bathroom vanity light, and replacing worn out light switches), and offered multiple estimate options to choose from, while paying attention to the work that we indicated was the most important. Work was completed quickly and correctly, with reasonable cleanup after. He even pointed out a very, very old hardwired smoke detector that really, really needed to be replaced. We hadn't asked for that... but he was definitely right to bring it up. We readily agreed, and that job was also completed quickly. Overall, a very positive experience for us, and we will call Randy's for future electrical work.
