Found the company off a google search when we had a breaker that would not stop tripping, even after being replaced. It controlled my children’s room so it was critical to be fixed ASAP. They came in a timely manner and helped me get it fixed. Definitely recommend.

Replaced 4 smoke alarms plus installed a 5th; two of them are combos (smoke*CO). All with sealed batteries and a 10-year lifespan plus a 10- year warranty. He was friendly and very efficient with the work.

Nate has provided exceptional electrical service leading a crew of three to install multiple bedroom wiring along with light fixtures, to troubleshooting a headaches worth of electrical work and completing the days work with 6 new beautiful recess lights on the main floor. This man is top of the class and I would recommend anyone request him personally if they want top notch electrical services

I had a positive ++ experience.
I requested an appointment through their website for same day service, which was a nice surprise. Tyler W was our technician.
Tyler is very personable. He also is great at explaining and showing me the issue.
He identified the issue with the light switch right away and then helped with switching out a light fixture in our master closet. I loved checking ✔️ these items off my 'To Do' list.
On Time Pros was the smoothest/simplest servicing experience and I do highly recommend them.

I got referral from my next door neighbor and signed up on the VIP Maintenance Plan just last week. Kudos and thanks very much to Mr. Douglas Mulgrew. I'm so glad that I did. Mr. Mulgrew won me over with his professionalism by painstakingly checking every electrical outlet, tightening up loose parts, replacing and repositioning all the smoke detectors. I'm a very satisfied customer and highly recommend Mr. Mulgrew and the company he represents.

I had a bathroom light out and was able to get someone to come out same day. Unfortunately, the first person who came out did not install the light switch correctly, thus leaving me with the same problem over the weekend. Alex came out today though and was able to fix the light switch quickly and without issue! He was also incredibly kind and offered to recycle our old light fixture as well. Highly recommend working with Alex as your electrician!

When I called, the woman who answered the phone was fanatic and helpful. Got me someone scheduled to come to my house same day. David S. Showed up for service during the window they said he would. David S. Was kind, courteous, and got right to work.
David S. Acknowledged my concerns and fixed them immediately and didn’t try to oversell me anything. I had concerns about using a bigger company but was overall very helpful. Nice work David S.

Jaden Peterson and Noah Bigbee did a fantastic job on getting our bus bar swapped out and getting everything properly labeled. Our old one was 31 years and had burned up. Labels from previous owner were never updated so it was extremely difficult to identify what was wired where.

Alex L. did a terrific job on our electrical. He was very knowledgeable, personable, and was very capable of explaining what he was doing each step of the way. He also recently became a master electrician, which is quite the feat, and made me feel reassured he was able to handle the jobs we put before him. Overall, I’d be happy to have him over again, and the man deserves a raise.

Brady was very polite and courteous. He arrived at the scheduled time and fixed the problem. Replaced our smoke detector and it works fine. I would definitely recommend Brady and On Time Service. No charge for the service or part

Everything went excellent. Alex was very knowledgeable and very respective of our home. He did what he came to do and I really appreciate it. Thank you so much guys. I do think emergency call was a little expensive for what I had going on. I think it could’ve been a little less just to tell me that I needed a new ceiling fan.

Jon is an excellent plumber! He replaced the inside water shut off for my home. Very knowledgeable, trustworthy, and customer focused! Highly recommend.

Alex was very nice but I said our drain was blocked and Alex said it was the septic line. So I called our septic guy and it was was our drain not the septic. I just had them clear it. Alex really didnt even try and see if it was the drain. I was kind of disappointed with that.
