He then proceeded to fix it quickly and efficiently. John is an outstanding service professional, one of the best that I've ever met. He walked me through the diagnosis and repair every step of the way. I would highly recommend his services to you.

I have used OnTime for a couple years now, and every service call I have made has been filled promptly and with highly professional experts. I recently had some blockages in my faucets that required plumbing service. Kenny showed up right on time, and had it figured out within minutes that my water softener had failed. He came back at the appointed time for new softener installation and did an excellent job! I especially appreciated how he was able to educate me on the plumbing issues I was facing and was very personable start to finish. I highly recommend this company for any of your plumbing, electrical, or heating and cooling needs, and they will be my only call when I have issues with any of these home items!

Andreas and Drew arrived on time to do our annual plumbing inspection. They were neat, polite, and sociable. They did a thorough inspection of all things plumbing in the house, pointing out what looked good and what needed some attention. They gave thorough explanations about everything. I elected to have a couple of valves replaced, and they were able to do that while they were here, avoiding an extra appointment. Fantastic job!

Cyrus was great to work with! He’s so honest and it was so refreshing to see these days. He’s was not pushy like most these days. He recommended all that could help us in the future but didn’t push to make more money for himself. I worked in sales myself and they are pushed to get high sales which leads to greed so I didn’t like that. Cyrus was totally honest with us and I love the guy. I highly recommend this company!
