I had a leak under my kitchen sink that a friend installed 1 1/2 years ago. The pipes didn’t line up properly and everything jiggled loose over time. Logan came in and corrected everything. He is so nice and professional. He has a great calm demeanor about him. He really knows his trade! (He was at my townhome last week). No more having friends install things for me! Professionals only! Thank you!

Mike was great! He has been here before. We had an emergency call this time, but he showed us where to shut our main water off in case something was to happen again. I called at 4:25pm, and he was here by 6:15pm to help us.

Alex was very helpful and friendly. Explaining costs for different options and trying to get us the best deal possible while still getting the job done. Our kitchen sink now drains, our water pressure is better, we have an estimate on a water softener.

Alex Racek did an exceptional job for us. It's very difficult to get plumbers that are building homes. I know a few but could not get help with our backed up sewer that was clogged. I ran across the company " On time Service Pros" and found this company to be reliable and Alex worked really hard and he got the needed job done for us. We are so grateful for his expertise. We are grateful for On Time Service Pros who we have relied on may times over the years. They always come out to our home quickly for service, repairs and replacements. They provide excellent customer service and are reliable, reasonable and personable every time.

Alex came to clean my kitchen drain that someone had told me was partially clogged. He tested it four times and told me he did not feel it was sufficiently clogged to be worth the cost of a cleaning. Because I am a VIP member there was no charge for the visit. I love Alex’s honesty. I love the VIP program. I have not had a service person from On Time that did not give me 5 star service.

Dylan went over and above to resolve our water issue including running to home depot to get necessary parts to finish the job. We were under a time crunch and he ensured the job was done smoothly and correctly.

Kenny did a great job installing the ADA toilet in the master bathroom. He also did a fast and excellent job of installing a new kitchen faucet. He is a very kind and thorough technician.
His co-worker Jim, did a fast and professional job installing a new water softener for us. They both made my wife and I very happy with the jobs they performed. Kenny even hauled the new toilet out of my truck and took it in the bathroom and swapped it out with the old one. Jim also did haul the old water softener out. Very happy with there work.

The drain in our laundry room overflowed when we used our dishwasher. All Time Service Pros responded immediately. Alex Racek came out before lunch the same day and fixed our problem. He explained what he was doing and told us how to take care of our drain in the future. He was professional and friendly. I called about a leaking water pipe, and received exceptional service. Carrie answered the phone right away and wasted no time getting their nearest plumbing truck dispatched. Kenny and Gibbie showed up right on time, quickly fixed the leaking pipe, and left their work area (and the path to it) spotless. Would highly recommend this team!
