Phil Holmin has always provided us prompt, personal, and reasonably priced HVAC services. He's very knowledgeable and I would highly recommend.

Had a great first experience with Phil from Holmin Heating&Cooling. He first tried to talk me through some options over the phone to try to avoid a service call, but we ultimately decided on setting up an appt based on the problem with my AC. He showed up promptly the following morning, answered questions by text the night before the appt, and diagnosed and fixed the problem within 10 minutes of arriving. Reasonable price and provided tips and recommendations to avoid problems in the future. Will definitely use him again in the future if needed!

We have had visits from other HVAC companies pushing the "Gold, Silver, or Platinum" solutions for our furnace care. None of that from Holmin. Just honest, trustworthy, "here's what needs to be done" or "here's what can wait" advice from a true professional.

My phone call was answered right away. They stepped me through what to look for to try and get the heat to start working and advised they could come out that night, but it would be extra charge. I was able to get it running, but wanted to make sure there wasn't something more wrong. They came the next day in a timely manner. He figured out the problem with the flame sensor and replaced it in no time! So happy they were able to accommodate before the big freeze came! Very friendly and professional!
