I needed new furnace filters so the owner, Phil Holmin, dropped them off at my house. Phil installed our furnace and air conditioner a few years ago and I would rate his services as superior. He is professional, knowledgeable and trustworthy. Hard to find a more honest, likeable guy in today’s world of scammers and overchargers.

One of the coldest weekends in the Twin Cities and my mom’s furnace stopped working. I left a message and got a call back within a few minutes. Phil came out to look at it and confirmed the issue, he picked up the part Sunday morning and fixed it. Very honest, reliable and reasonably priced. Very professional and highly recommended.

We had our entire system replaced about 3 years ago. Holmin Heating did a great job and I've always recommended them on Next Door public forum.
We always buy our filters from them, too.

The furnace shut off. It was -1 F, Groff’s Heating and Air Conditioning was here within an hour and fixed it!

Man came over to inspect our air conditioning, and found it was too frozen over for him to do anything. That's fine, we left it off to thaw, he says he'll come back later, then never gets back to us, and then when we call him, he says he can't make it back. Terrible service and we do not recommend!

I have used Groff twice now once for when my a/c died and the other when my furnace was having issues. I will continue to use for any HVAC stuff I have to do. He is very professional and friendly. He takes the time to explain what he is doing and doesn't over charge.

Quoted half the cost of the big guys like Bonfe. Walked me through the repair over the phone so I could do it myself. Definitely give these guys a call first. Quick service and best prices.
