Ethan thoroughly explained all the work he performed and why, when he finished he cleaned up behind himself and left everything neat. I highly recommend On Time and have used them a few times now.

David Yang was scheduled to service the heating and air conditioner. He did a thorough job of cleaning and inspecting everything. One of the things that needed to be cleaned was the filters that help with the humidity and air exchange. We were not aware of that and that was causing lot of condensation on the windows during extreme cold weather. David showed us where the filters were located and suggested we clean it periodically. He even showed us the outside vent that needed cleaning. Overall it was worth it. Thank you David!!!

I will go straight to On Time from now on! Our 20 year old furnace had some issues and they sent out Mick to give us a quote for a new one the same day I called. Mick walked me through each option, no pressure, and gave me honest advice for the pros and cons of each. He also signed my husband and I up for the Heroes Club, since my husband is a veteran. The next day, I called and ask for a tech and they sent Riley who gave me a full picture of what we were looking at and the pros and cons of replacement vs. repair.
We'll be getting a new furnace in a week and I feel great knowing I can call On Time for any other issues or questions I may have.

They did a very thorough job and, although it’s not the answer I wanted to hear, they were able to walk me through and even show me exactly what was wrong with the furnace and how it needs to be fixed. The service tech’s knowledge and ability to explain it to me and how important it was for our safety, made me feel confident in his skills and gave me a level of assurance for the next steps.

The OnTime Team is the best! Needed a new air exchanger. Their price was the best - we got three other bids. The guys who did the install were efficient, careful, detail-oriented, and very friendly to have in the house for the afternoon. It was another excellent experience with OnTimeServicePros from start to finish!

Overall a service I would recommend. They were professional, arrived on time as advertised, and in the end my furnace is fixed and I won’t freeze this winter.

Though full story, they misdiagnosed twice. Once the real issue was diagnosed they owned up to the mistakes, apologized, and I was not required to pay for the mistakes made. While obviously I would have liked it to be diagnosed properly in the first place, mistakes happen. Owning up to mistakes like this is appreciated and is a mark of true professionalism.

Bryan was great. We got home on New Year’s Day to find our furnace had broken down while we were away. Bryan was clearly experienced and knowledgeable and diagnosed the issue very quickly. He showed me exactly what the problem was and explained how it would be fixed.

No one likes coming home to a situation like that, but his confidence and expertise made the whole experience much easier.

I’ve been using On Time Service Pros for a while now and I couldn’t be more pleased. My service was scheduled for an 8:00 - 10:00am window this morning, and I received a phone call from Gavin shortly after 8am letting me know that he was on his way and would be here in about 15 minutes. He showed up on time and promptly got to work. Gavin was super professional, knowledgeable and friendly, and he did a stellar job! Once completed, he took the time to go over everything he checked, and made one suggestion about changing the type of furnace filter I use. All in all another great visit from On Time Service Pros!

Of course our boiler went out on Sunday in the middle of the night. Started calling around service pro @Riley Eddy came out, gave us all our options. No pressure very knowledgeable. We ended going with a new boiler. Ours was 20 years old. The next day thanks to @Taylor Yohn and @Tyler Frascht the new boiler was installed. Very happy with the boiler and these 3 guys have excellent customer service.

Our two technicians were great. They discovered a gas leak , so that was repaired and new filters purchased at a discounted Price. We are very happy with our service. No photos.
