Out of town on vacation and our furnace went out. Thank God for smart thermostats. We contacted on-time they were able to get a tech out quickly the next morning. Minus 6 outside but the house only went down to 48. Matt worked with us long distance to get everything going for us and saving our pipes from freezing what an awesome company

Riley was very friendly and professional from start to finish. My vents weren’t blowing hot air so he came to check my furnace. I’m a curious person and watched but he was nice about it and explained what he was doing throughout the process. He fixed the problem, gave me a heads up about what I should be aware of that can possibly become issues down the line, and was not forceful. I appreciate and like to reuse a professional who is helpful, knowledgeable, kind, but not forceful. This gives me time to think and make decisions that best suits me. Thanks Riley.

Furnace quit working in the middle of the night on new years day 1/1/25. I called and was told that someone would be able to come out that same day, it was in fact within three hours from my initial phone call. The technician Will that was sent out was super helpful and very knowledgeable. Did a great job and was very personable. Best experience I have had with any service. If it was possible I would give more than five stars.

Our Service Pro tech, Garrett, went above & beyond at this initial visit. He is very professional/knowledgeable & answered all of our questions. We look forward to having Garrett back next week to install a new whole house humidifier & feel confident that everything will be done correctly!

Gavin was very helpful. Although he came to check on the thermostat, he was concerned about the pluming leak in the basement and he went out if his way to help m clean the spilled water and also grabbed his tool to tighten the pipe untill a plummer came to see it. Which he helped expedite the rescheduing of the emergency service call. He also helped connect me to the guy who installs thermostats to get me set up for mobile monitoring on my phone. Gavin is an asset to onTime Service pros. He represents his company very well.

When Tim showed up he made sure to put his booties on and got right to work. Polite and knowledgeable. Very thorough and the pricing was extremely fair. He took a moment to explain exactly what he was doing and worked quickly and efficiently. 5 stars highly recommend.

Tim did an excellent job for us and explained everything very thoroughly. We appreciated him being here very early to diagnose why our furnace/heat pump was overheating and causing error codes on our thermostat. He was great!! Thank you!

Follow-up to today (couple of months later) I had some operational questions an On-Time sent out their technician Gavin who not only answered all of my questions but performed some tweaks to the system to help it be even more efficient.

I called On Time for a second opinion on my furnace. The original diagnostic from another company I received indicated that my furnace had a bad/dangerous heat exchanger and the entire unit should to be replaced. Max Bowen arrived and was very transparent on explaining what he was doing and why. After determining the issue, it was recommended I do a full diagnostic of my system. I had absolutely no issues doing this and was confident that Max was thoroughly testing each component. I am in a much more knowledgeable, confident position with my furnace now than I ever was. They also have a VIP program that is reasonably priced and easy to opt-in/out. At the end of the day I am incredibly relieved I only had to spend a few hundred this season rather than a few thousand :). I appreciate Max and On Time for getting me on their schedule quickly and will definitely be calling them for other services in the future.

Big shout out to Shane Reichert, Mick Bassi, Seth Cordes, and Tyler. All four of these gentlemen are the definition of professionals and great people; friendly, helpful, transparent, good-humored, take the time to explain everything they are doing, offer advice, and go above and beyond. Shane came to assess a 35 year old furnace. Cracked heat exchanger needed to go. Pictures, video, quotes, next steps, and personal suggestions. Salt of the Earth jokester kinda guy I can relate to. Mick made two visits, phone calls, and texts in order to discuss process, replacement options, examine if high efficiency was a possible route, get me the best pricing possible with rebates, sales, etc, and also helped with how to navigate a home warranty situation. Makes you feel like you're family. Seth and Tyler wrapped up the process with the best install ever. They found the optimal path for high efficiency, expertly did the demo necessary for all the piping, improved the whole mechanical set up in the process by removing old venting and built-in humidifier, rerouted the fresh air, replaced and updated ductwork, and even did some customization on the new furnace so it would be quieter and work better. There wasn't a speck of dirt, dust, ceiling panel, etc to clean up after they finished and the final setup is completely streamlined. These guys are dark magic.

New furnace is running great and just in time for the weather. I could not be more pleased with the level of service I received, or sing their praises highly enough. My sincerest thanks to all of you!

Alex was prompt, professional, and personable. He completed the furnace replacement within a reasonable amount of time and with minimal if any difficulty. He protected our carpet with runners and always wore shoe covering. And explain the operation of the furnace and the wireless thermostat. He did a very good job.

This is the second time I used On Time and they are AMAZING. So quick, so professional, very communicative. The guy that came today (Jackson) explained what was going on and repaired it right away. The operator who originally set the appointment up today signed us up for the hero program because my husband is a veteran, so the tech used this service call as our one time, yearly inspection, and tuneup, So that this did not cost us anything. He was in and out having diagnosed and fixed the issue within 30 minutes on one of the coldest weeks we’ve had so far. Amazing customer service!

Will, from On Time Service Pros, HVAC Specialist, came out and gave my HVAC system a very good and thorough tune up and once over. Will was very friendly, knowledgeable, efficient, and helpful today while performing these tasks! Thank You, Will, and Thank You Service Pros for a job very well done...as always!!!

We were having issues with all our NEST smoke detectors expiring on us, and could not be re-started, as the sensors had no doubt failed. Gavin Meyer assessed the situation and set us up for 8 new smoke & CO2 detectors to be installed later in the day. Very friendly and professional, and quick to ascertain the fix.

Additionally, Douglas Mulgrew came by for the second part of our electrical service: installing the last of the smoke detectors; doing a complete electrical check of our property and installing a full-house surge protector in our breaker box. Doug is a fast worker, and amiable and knowledgeable; and he cleaned up after himself like a pro. And the price was right, too!

I had my furnace, AC, and water heater all replaced today by On Time Service. They were prompt, very courteous, and did excellent work. They cleared up after themselves. They went out of their way to ensure I understood how to operate the new systems. I am very impressed with all the people I have worked with at On Time.

This is a top notch local family owned business! Furnace went out and that same day I had Riley come out within 2 hours of calling the office. He diagnosed the furnace and gave me my options to fix or replace. I was very impressed with how knowledgeable everyone was, from the office staff, Riley diagnosing the problem, Nick with coming out that same evening to estimate a new furnace and by the next morning at 8am the new furnace was going in!
