I have used Groff Heating & Air Conditioning for my rental properties and at my own home over a dozen times. They are always quick to respond, give me a fair estimate on the work, and complete the work perfectly each time. Aaron Groff is always willing to chat with me about the issue and often can find a cheap fix that does not require new equipment being installed. However a 1990's era AC finally died, and they were able to complete the install of a new similar size unit quickly and at a great price. They are my first call whenever I have a heating or cooling issue!

Furnace went out the first day it got cold. Sales person came out right away with an estimate and installed it within 3 days. Their price was few hundred dollars cheaper than 2 other places.

I highly recommend Aaron and his tram from Groff heating and Air conditioning, Inc. From start to finish they were knowledgeable, professional, prompt , friendly and affordable! Aaron or installer Thomas didn’t talk down to me with the many questions I had. They were quick to respond to my calls and or messages. They didn't upsell or over charge me like Hero tried to.

This company is great! I had several calls to them when my furnace was down and Cole showed me how I could fix it for next time.

When the furnace eventually kicked the bucket, Cole set me up with space heaters to get us through the weekend. They kept things so toasty I almost wondered if I needed a new furnace... 😅

The entire team at Groff's was amazing, they were prompt, responsive, patient, and educational! They even put my 11 year old to work cleaning off the air conditioner to make sure the unit continues to work well as we enter into the next heat wave. Thanks Groff's! Groff heating and air conditioning installed a new furnace and air conditioner for me. They were on time, did a very good job with the installation and clean up, very friendly and pricing was great. I would recommend them. I’ll even use them when it’s time for maintenance.

The owner called back within 30 minutes of my voicemail and he sent technicians out the same day. The technicians were extremely personable and quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue. The owner answered a follow-up call and thoroughly addressed all issues. Great service and I love supporting local businesses. Highly recommend!!

Aaron responded to my inquiry right away and sent a quick out that week to check out our furnace for a second opinion. Another local company had told us we needed an entire heater replaced for 2500$, or better yet put that money towards a NEW furnace ( ours was 10 years old ) for 7k!!!! They were super responsive, helpful, and best of all - HONEST. thank you so much Aaron and Cole!! Give these guys a call first next time you need this type of service!

The guys that came out did an amazing job very efficient kept us up to date what was going on and worked extremely hard on a difficult install can't stand up of your team keeping us up to date and the hard work

Recently moved this was my first experience with this company. The tech was very friendly and knowledgeable and seemed to take pride in his work. Good explanations on services, no high pressure. Received a call before he came out and was on time. Great first time experience with this company, will be using them going forward.

Absolutely would recommend going with On Time!! From the first call to the finish which was a new furnace installed they were professional, knowledgeable and helpful! Each person that I dealt with was amazing! I got quotes from 3 other competitors and On Time was the best deal and best company to work with!

Will came to look at my boiler and help figure out why I had a leak in my basement. He looked at all the possibilities, and had me run the washer to see if that was a culprit. We discovered it was the main floor drain that was backed up. Will scheduled an appt with someone to come and look at the drain for the next day. He was great at diagnosing a problem, helpful, and pleasant.

Called early morning to let them know I had a problem. They had someone here by 12:30 or so. Diagnosed the issue very quickly. It was a failed starter for the furnace. Had it repaired by shortly after 1. Thanks to being on their VIP program I only had to pay for the repair and got a discount. So very grateful for their quick response.
