Constraction reviews in Shakopee, Minnesota

Dave and his team did an outstanding job building a great looking, well-built deck. They took down the old deck and handled the disposal of the old materials. The whole process took less than two weeks and we were able to enjoy the deck before winter came.

Dave made the design process easy and clear by showing us options that fit our house. The materials he selected were from local sources which gave us the opportunity to visit the railing company to see all the options up close. The overall construction is very solid which was the main quality we were looking for.

I have used Chad for two major remodeling projects; one for my home and one for my commercial office building. He was reliable, responsive, easy to work with and the work quality was excellent.

We worked with Chad on two major projects - a kitchen remodel and a new porch. He is creative, a problem solver and comes in on budget and on time! We highly recommend his company!

It was a pleasure working with Chad - in addition to great quality, price and care in my home, his communication was awesome and he kept the project on the timeline I was given! I would hire Chad again in a heartbeat, and I have highly recommended him to my friends!

Chad was on time and worked with us to make selections and answer questions as they came up during our project. He checked in daily and ensured all sub-contractors were managed, we always knew who was showing up when. Would highly recommend Mission Construction for your remodel or new build.

My wife and I have used Chad Lati for many home remodeling projects, both large and small. Every project has been managed professionally, within budget, and completed on time. The work has always been of exceptional quality, and the pricing is fair. We recommend Chad Lati and Mission Construction without any reservation.

Exceptional work! We could not be more happy with our finished basement and would not hesitate in hiring for any future remodels. The entire process was top notch from setting expectations, follow through, great contractors, and excellent communication. I was very appreciative of Chad’s consultative approach throughout the remodel. They even went above and beyond to keep our house clean during our basement remodel. Would highly recommend Chad Lati and Mission Construction to anyone looking for a company that prides itself in quality detailed work.

We recently chose mission Construction to do a kitchen remodel. From start to finish Chad was consistent and flexible. Everything was completed exactly how we wanted it and always on time. Of all of the contractors we spoke with Chad quoted us the fairest price and the least amount of down time for our kitchen. The job was done well within the time frame Chad quoted. Throughout the job we had decided to make some changes to our original plan and chad and his team were always happy to accommodate. We will definitely call on Mission Construction for our future home improvement projects and confidently recommend Mission to friends.

Chad of Mission Construction has completed two exceptional jobs for us. The first was a major addition and total renovation of the first floor of our home (which was included in a Remodeler's Showcase). The second was a complete interior renovation of an office building my husband purchased for his business. In both cases, Chad's exceptional communication skills, high standards, construction/product knowledge and design sense created wonderful spaces that we enjoy tremendously. I would highly recommend him for your project.

We worked with Chad and his team to finish out a basement before putting our house on the market. Chad was absolutely GREAT to work with. He helped us create a beautiful lower level space that was more than what we'd even hoped for. Chad and his team were incredibly professional throughout the entire project; the job got done right on time, and for less than we thought it would take. The additions or tweaks to the professional plans that Chad recommended made all the difference in how the final space felt, and it helped sell the house faster. I would unequivocally recommend you talk with Chad and his team any time you have a key house building or remodeling project you need done right.

Chad and the Mission Construction team were phenomenal to work with and did a great job on our main level / kitchen remodel. Chad was highly referred to us by family and friends ; I have to say he exceeded our expectations. If you're looking for a top notch general contractor who has great tradespeople who can own the remodel/build soup to nuts Mission Construction should be your first call. Besides being very competitive from a price / bid standpoint they also have exceptional craftsmanship, communication, and treat your home as their own. I give them my highest recommendation!

Did a great job on my roof!

Profesional and well attentive

Would totally recommend this company from start to finish with every detail covered, we were very pleased with the results, quality of shingles, and overall look!

GMC is the best around, they are very knowledgeable and professional. They replaced my roof gutters and windows. From start to finish was flawless. They were in and out with no mess and everything looks top notch. Highly recommend to work with GMC if your looking to do any kind of work. Thanks again GMC for the great job.

Francisco did an honest review of our hail damage on our home and went above and beyond to ensure that our needs were met in a timely manner. They replaced the damaged shingles with quality product and I didn't have a lot of granules afterwards. Would recommend their services again and again!

Francisco was amazing in helping me through my roof process. We had a tree fall on our roof that quickly became a mess with the insurance company. As we were in the middle of that process he mentioned all the hail damage we had and that we could probably get it covered under insurance. He helped through the whole process and they did a great job. They cleaned up after themselves and the roof looks great with no issues.

They don't get much better than this. Great people produce great projects, nuff said.

They are the Fabric Building Experts. If you need salt storage they will do a terrific job at a great value!

I don’t know what kind of work they do, but I definitely wouldn’t give them a chance after watching their van driver. They obviously don’t care about safety, or the people around them.
