Basement flooded, due to trees clogging the main drain. Called them, they came out first thing on a Sunday morning, cleaned out the drain for a very reasonable price with a smile!

Alto provide great service for clearing my sewer line. Unfortunately my clean out area was hard to get to and they do not offer jetting services.

Top notch service. Should have ten stars. Friendly, courteous and fast. They seem to push to go the extra mile for you. Highly recommend and will be sure to spread their name around.

Had a clogged bathroom tub drain that I just could not unclog myself but Alto was able to clear it out fast. Total charge was $135. The drain is working good now.

After having the first company coming out and failing then wanted to charge me 250 for 15 feet more. I called alto. The prices was fair and fixed. No trying to up sell me.

Service member showed up to our house. He cracked the pipe going to my main sewage ling from my slop sink in my laundry room. The Serviceman left without fixing my drain after he caused a leak. That leak has been ongoing for over 24 hours now. No further contact has been made from Alto and my HSA is showing a completed work order for a job left unfinished.

Could not be happier with the service I just received. Bathroom sink was plugged up, so I called and set up service - they showed up within an hour and fixed the clog within 15 minutes! Crazy fast service, extremely helpful and very nice. Would recommend them to anyone!

I bought a house within the last month and have had some sort of main line blockage, that caused my basement bathroom to flood. Alto came out 3 times to try to fix the problem and it would last a little while a but with in a month I've had my 4th flooded bathroom. When I have called them to get the work done for the 4th time they told me they couldn't get out there for 2 days and the last time they didn't find anything. They refused to standby their work and told me to call hsa to get someone else out there. Because of this experience I would not recommend them.

Absolutely fast service I called today and they were here right on time fixing my drains. I recommend them highly. I want to also thank the wonderful customer service of the gentleman that came to do my drains he was amazing

On their website it says 24 hours 7 days a week service. When I called to schedule an appointment the guy on the phone seemed confused. I informed him my main sewage lined was backed up. He said "Maybe we can get out there tomorrow". I referenced the website asking him if it wasn't true what they advertised about 24 hours a day, he laughed and said pretty much (not true). Of course, I would not recommend them.

Just wanted to say thank you Mike! Called 7:00 am this morning my main sewer drain was flooded in my lower level utility room. Called Alto Sewer and they were out to my house in 1 hour. After the drain was cleared they wiped everything down and cleaned up the water.Great service!!! Awesome response time!!!! Top notch service!!!
