I had Freedom Plumbing fix a leaky toilet in Sep '24, they replaced the wax ring. The toilet started leaking again in Feb '25, they came back out and determined the wax ring had pulled away from the toilet due to incorrect subfloor installation by the original installer years earlier. This was in no way their fault, but they could have maybe, possibly, noticed it the first time So, since they stand behind their work, they replaced the wax ring again and fastened the flange to nearby joists. They didn't charge me anything for the hour of work that it took to correct the situation! They also do an awesome job of explaining what they're doing and answering any questions. Truly HONEST workers with wonderful communication skills and top notch customer service. Highly recommend!!

Zach came out to put in a tankless water heater. He was professional, efficient and personable. Will absolutely call Freedom Plumbing again, couldn’t be happier with the level of work and price!

Our water heater went out, and Bob came out to look at it. He was very efficient and gave us options for a fix. Very straightforward (no BS trying to up-sell us anything), and when we chose to go with a new water heater it was installed the same day. I don’t know anything about this stuff, so I thought it would be days before we got help or a replacement. It was all same day like nothing happened in the first place. Amazing customer service!
