I had a great experience with Alto Sewer Service. We had a main drain blockage with water backing up into the basement on the weekend (Sat. morning) following thanksgiving. The service I used previously had nobody on call or available until Monday. My call to Alto was returned quickly and the office person was great. The technician Frank, arrived in no time and did an outstanding job. Frank explained why the issue occured and provided great information on eliminating future issues. I'll be scheduling Alto Sewer Service for preventetive maintenance and I highly recommend their service!

Charged us a $1000.00 with no success of cleaning the drain. John’s Sewer & Drain Cleaning had it clean as a whistle all the way to the street in less than an hour for $280.00. Will never recommend your company going forward.

I'm maintenance at Ballantrae Apartments in Eagan Mn. We had a laundry room floor drain backing up. Frank came out and took care of the problem. Very professional and determined to get the job done. He deserves 5 stars.

Great experience with Cory, who came out to unclog my main line. He was friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable, and he took the time to explain what he was doing and answer my questions. Top tier customer service! I didn’t catch his name, but the plumber was very young. He was so respect and professional. Did such and amazing job. When another company completely failed me on a hot water heater, freedom stepped in and had the problem solved in less than 24 hours. Wished I would have called them first and will from now on.

Zach was on-time and great about explaining the problem and solution required. There were no surprises as the work was completed faster and cheaper than initially quoted. Both Zach and Matt were great to work with.

Matt and Zach came to our home in Lake Elmo and installed a dishwasher, a garbage disposal and a R/O water system. It was done professionally and quick. I couldn't be happier with the R/O system.
