Been struggling with hard water issues. Vetsch’s team diagnosed the problem & recommended a solution and followed up with a great product and outstanding installation. Total experience was world class! Much appreciated!!!

The worst experience and customer service ever! I called to have our 4 year old water softener looked at because it had standing water in it. Dan came out and spent 7 minutes to disconnect a valve and said that should increase the water pressure. It didn't work. I was charged a flat fee of $79.00 for 30 minutes and he should have stayed the 30 minutes and looked everything over. Instead he said since this did not work I needed a new water softener $1300.00. When I called to address my concerns with him and explain that I felt taken advantage of that I paid $79.00 for him to do nothing he simply replied "Have a wonderful Holiday Season" and hung up on me. What kind of company conducts business this way?

I've called Vetsch on three occasions since buying an older home in the area (my first). Needless to say, there is a reason I continue to call them. They are friendly and professional, always able to fit me into the schedule quickly, on time, their work has been impeccable, and their prices are fair. Would highly recommend.

We needed to have a new water softener and water heater replaced. Bill and Dan came in and re-routed plumbing so that my furnace was more accessible for changing filters. I was so happy with the service and professionalism of everyone from Katie in the office to the all the guys on the job. Good Job guys! They have become my personal plumber and water softener people!!!

Vetsch is amazing. We gave them a call when the little leak in our basement turned into a super soaker.

They set expectations about when Bill and/or Dan would be out to the house, and exceeded those expectations every time - by hours.

They got the work done a day early, were personable & professional, didn't make any messes, and the work looks incredible. I never thought I'd go into the laundry room just to look at pipes, but good Lord it looks nice.

The work was well worth the money, though admittedly we didn't get any other quotes. But after our first interaction with Vetsch, we knew we wanted to move forward with them.

Vetsch Plumbing is awesome! Unlike many of their competitors, they offered me a free estimate. Call me old-fashioned, but paying a company $100 to come to my door and tell me how much more I will need to pay is ridiculous. Vetsch Plumbing didn't engage in that offensive practice which almost immediately earned them my business. Beyond that, the plumber they sent out was extremely knowledgeable and capable. He even offered us some free advice on how to proceed with our tiling project. What a nice guy!

When he came back out to do the work, after being the clear winner among their competition, the Vetsch plumber did the job very well. The installation is perfect, he cleaned up well after himself, and was done quickly. He was very respectful to my wife, our home, and our pets. I couldn't be happier with this company!

Dan was awesome in most importantly his knowledge and skill and an added plus his kindness and easy manner. We love our water system and would recommend to anyone. Dan also installed a gas line for us and that was great too!

I had an EXCELLENT experience working with Vetsch! From the initial phone call to discuss having my water softener replaced to the actual service itself, they were professional, knowledgeable and efficient. During the appointment, everything went as expected. They showed up right on time, handled the water softener replacement quickly while explaining necessary details along the way. Additionally, they identified an issue with my toilet valves, which was unknown, but not surprising to me. They had the parts necessary to replace those on the spot and not schedule a second appointment. We have used Vetsch plumbing for about 20 years and we have received excellent service. We recently had to replace our water softener and did explore three other companies in this endeavor to see what they offered. At the end of this process we made a decision to stay with Vetsch because of our excellent service in the past, the system they were suggesting we put in and the best price. Both Dan and Bill were involved in this project and were very professional. Our well water contains high levels of iron and the new system is exceeding our expectations. Great job!

We called Vetsch Plumbing for an emergency, they returned our call within an hour. Dan showed up 30 minutes later, within two hours the problem was solved. He was knowledgeable and personable. We have used Vetsch plumbing for over 25 years! Great low prices fast speedy dependable service! Recently we noticed our water felt hard. They tested our water sample for free and determined our water softener wasn’t working as it should.Dan came out explaining everything and fixing our issue. They are always our first call for any water or plumbing needs! Great company with values!

I was referred to Magic water by a friend.
We were needing a water heater, water softener replacement and drinking water solution for our well water. Dan was very informative and took the nessessary time to talk about all of the options that fit our particular needs. I liked his proposed equipment options and found him very competitive. The install went great and was very tidy. It's been 3 months and we couldn't be happier with everything. It's nice doing business with a local company that really cares!!! Thanks Dan and crew!

We lost water pressure due to a PRV issue and Magic Water and Plumbing was absolutely wonderful to work with. They had a full schedule but worked hard to fit us in. Kind, professional and affordable service. We had other plumbing companies look into fixing the problem as well and one of them quoted us more than $1,000 more than Magic Water and Plumbing to fix the problem. Highly recommend!

Dan came and put a new softener in no problem. Estimate was accurate, he gave a thorough run-through of operation, and answered questions completely. Friendly and obviously highly experienced service. Definitely our plumber for the foreseeable future!

The whole entire team was wonderful to work with. Our water heater died 2 days before we were going to have a houseful of guests for our sons wedding. We called Wednesday mid day, they came out to take a look by 3pm and were here on Thursday by 11am to replace the water heater and done by 3pm. Lifesavers and wonderful staff.

I have decided to start writing reviews lately because it has been helpful to read others when trying to find a professional.
Fritz and I spoke via phone then texted pics about the job per his request. Seemed very friendly. I was under the impression we were set to go. When asked about getting the estimate and timeline for install, since the other contractors work and scheduling was dependent on his being done (he was aware of this) and i would need to take off work to let him in the house, he responded with a generic trying to get to you for install and no response for the estimate. Followed up again a week later, no response. If he decided he was too busy for the job or wasnt interested anymore I feel a a simple response letting me know would have been the professional thing to do. Lack of follow through makes me wonder about his workmanship. Maybe I dodged a bullet.

We have used B&D Plumbing for a lot of jobs and they always get everything done in a timely manner. They have high quality employees that do a good job on cleaning up after themselves. They are very responsive on letting you know when they can come out.

This is the best plumbing company I've worked with and they will be who I use going forward. They are prompt, communicative, thorough and friendly. Often contractors are hard to work with, but B&D is easy. They even came back and corrected something that was a purely aesthetic ask from me without complaint. The guys we had were wonderful and you can tell high integrity professionals. They also guarantee their work and will fix if anything is amiss. And, then I got a call the next day to ensure everything was to my liking. There are so many bad contractors, but B&D is truly great.
