I've been in my home for a few years now and my AC unit needed a good cleaning and checkup. I called up B&D and they sent Dan out to take a look. He arrived early and was highly professional. I would absolutely recommend signing up for their Home Care Club maintenance package.

Alex was out today to set up our new air conditioner which was installed back at the end of winter. I cannot even explain how kind and helpful he was in helping this”older lady” figure out the functions now that it’s cooling and heating time. I am so happy I went with B and D! Highly recommend!

Furnace service. Great customer service along with technical competence and quality service! Dan explained the service details and had great maintenance recommendations.

Dan was just at our house doing maintenance on our furnace and did a great job and was very professional. He fixed a couple of things that were leaking and showed us everything we needed to know. We highly recommend B&D plumbing and heating and Dan in particular. It’s a great family owned business that we will use.

My furnace motor died late in March, 2025, and I discovered this upon arrival to the home after being gone for several months. The weather was not good, temperatures were down, and it was snowing intermittently. I called B and D Plumbing, and they sent a service technician out right away. He checked my furnace, and gave me recommendations. I really appreciated his explanations, and also the guidance he provided me on how to move forward. The very next day, Alex and Michael came out and replaced my furnace. The process went very smoothly, and I was very impressed with how quickly they were able to get it installed. They also spent time with me after the installation and explained the details of the new furnace. They told me I would need a different size furnace filter from here on out. They also showed me how clogged the old furnace ducts were, and they recommended I contact a company called “Zerorez” to clean the ducts in the entire home. Both Michael and Alex were very pleasant, and I really appreciated how they explained everything to me. I highly recommend B and D Plumbing for all your air conditioning, heating, and plumbing needs.

B&D installed a new gas line for a grill at our house. All within a week, they came out to give me an estimate and had it installed. They are very friendly and knowledgeable. Alex did fantastic work and was super friendly! They are not the cheapest but not the most expensive either. If you want good work done with efficient and friendly people, I recommend B&D!

This is our second time calling on B&D when things have gone wrong at our house, they have always been so prompt and professional. We put in a service call this morning when we realized our AC was out, Dan was to our house within a few hours and had the problem solved and fixed before noon. We are extremely thankful for his quick and professional job so we don’t roast in the coming heat! I would highly recommend B&D.

Alex and Michael installed our new furnace. They were very pleasant and did their work professionally and explained what they were doing as they went along. They also were very helpful in learning how to use the new thermostat and how to install it on our phones. It was a good experience having them work on our furnace. 5 stars

Jared & Brandon came over to install a new furnace and air-conditioning unit! To say they did a good job is an understatement… My wife, Nancy says it is fantastic!!! From installing new supplies and reusing old ones for returns, The system works flawless. They showed up on time and with a full truck of supplies! No, running to the hardware store… We would highly recommend them. Thank you again!

We used B&D Plumbing and HVAC for our kitchen remodel earlier this year and had a very positive experience from bid all the way through to execution. They rerouted three HVAC vents (two returns and one supply), added in a hood vent, and completed the plumbing work needed in our new kitchen. Everyone we worked with (Eli, Jackson, Jared, and various other technicians and customer service staff) was very professional and courteous and the end result was excellent. Our project was a bit confusing with timing of everything, but everybody was very accommodating! We would highly recommend B&D and would plan to use them for future projects, too.

We had previously purchased and installed a furnace and a water heater from B & D so when we needed a new Air Exchanger and a Radon System installed we called B & D again, and once again have been pleased with the service and the technicians. Today Alex came over and put in the Air Exchanger. He was pleasant, efficient and fun to talk to. He made a video for me of the procedure to maintain the Air Exchanger and I so appreciate the fast and friendly service from technicians I can trust. Highly recommend.

The technician that helped us with our issue was Isaak. He was very respectful, quick and knowledgeable. Setting up the appointment was easy and the reminders are very useful if you sre a busy person. Will definitely use this company again. Highly recommended!!

Our 33 year old gas water heater finally went out due to a leak last week, guess we got our money's worth out of that one; called B&D and they provided a reasonable quote and said they could have someone out the next morning to replace it. Alex came to our home the next morning at the time stated, he was very professional, completed the job in under two hours and cleaned up once the work was done and showed me how to operate the new water heater. I'm very happy that we chose B&D and would use them again for our plumbing needs. Highly Recommended, Thank you B&D!

I waited a long time to find out why when I opened the inside valve water gushed down the inside wall and not to the outside faucet. I suspected a burst pipe which was the fault of the previous owners had not shut off the water properly. It requires leaving the outside open and shutting the inside closed. Simply turn it off at the outside faucet leaving water in the line. This is recipe for disaster in Minnesota.

Within three days Christian was out and found two areas with burst pipe in the line. He corrected the problem changed the slope. Even showed me where the bleed valve on the inside shut was to further evacuate water during the winter shutdown. Professional. I could not be happier with the results.

I took the recommended steps a layer of insulation behind the pipe and one in front. I Installed new sheet rock

Replaced my 3 year old thermostate under warranty. Their technician Elie was great! He answered all my questions in a very knowledgeable and courtious way. they were very quick in responding to my problem. Paid for labor only.
