We had an issue with water leakage into our basement so we naturally feared the worst. We are so lucky we found B&D as they promptly sent out Russell and an another plumber. They were there same day, on time, and could not have been more professional and friendly. They informed us it was not the terrible issue we were fearing but a very cheap and easy fix, one that we could actually do ourselves for cheap. These are the type of folks youll want to do business with! We found our plumber for life, could not recommend them strongly enough. Thanks B&D and thanks Russell!

Eli, Alex, and Jared were extremely helpful when we discovered our furnace had failed. Answered all our questions and got it replaced the very next day. Extremely professional, great service, didn't even know they'd been there was how good of a job they did cleaning up afterwards. Strong 5 Stars!

We have used B&D for bathroom plumbing and recently for furnace maintenance. On both occasions the techs have been incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. They did the work efficiently, cleanly, and gave honest and reasonable pricing. For the furnace, they were able to get us an appointment within a few hours after another company told us the only option was to shut off our furnace until we replaced it, in the middle of November with a baby in the house. Eli was amazing, he walked me through what readouts he was getting, and gave me several options and prices other than complete replacement. The furnace has been running fine ever since and when we do need to replace it I will definitely be going with B&D.

While I was away on vacation, during the week long subzero weather, my furnace quit. I called B&D Plumbing & Heating. Someone came out promptly and got my furnace going and also turned the water off at the main valve because everything was froze up. B&D resolved all of my issues over the following few weeks. All of the guys that had a part in getting my house back to normal (a special mention to Jackson) were wonderful. They took time to explain everything, gave me upfront estimates right away before doing anything. They were also very sympathetic concerning all of my issues. I would highly recommend B&D Plumbing & Heating. Thanks guys!

TOILET LEAKED ALL OVER. PRECISION PLUMBING CAME OUT RIGHT AWAY FIGURED OUT THE PROBLEM, WHICH WAS THE BLEACH TABLETS I USE, WHICH LITERALLY ATE AWAY THE TANK BOLT AND STOPPER, WHICH CAUSED THE LEAKING. PLUMBING TECH FIXED RIGHT AWAY AND I LEARNED SOMETHING NEW, DO NOT USE DROP IN BLEACH TABLETS, EVER! AWESOME JOB, MY PLUMBING TECH WAS ON TIME, KNOWLEDGEABLE KIND, COURTEOUS, PROVIDED GREAT EXPLAINATIONS AND FINISHED THE JOB WITH ZERO PROBLEMS. JUST AN ALL AROUND GREAT COMPANY. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Repaired house humidifier- Mike and team are phenomenal!
