Dan came out to do a diagnostic on our AC unit, and we couldn’t be happier with his service! He was friendly, professional, and super helpful, taking the time to explain exactly what was going on and what options we had. It’s clear he knows his stuff, and he made the whole process easy and stress-free. Highly recommend!

I had my air exchanger replaced. The first bid felt way too high so I got two others. B&D was half the price of my highest bid for the exact same model! Drew came out to give me the estimate. He was fair and honest, and didn't try to sell me something I didn't need. Alex and Jason came out to do the replacement. They were polite, professional and fast. They were also very careful to not bump/scratch the walls which I really appreciated, and cleaned up everything very well. Great experience!

I needed help with my radiant in floor heat, I was able to get an appointment within an hour of calling. Austin, the technician was great. 5 out 5 stars, would use them again.

Dan came out and did a thorough job with a furnace and dehumidifier tune-up. He was professional, friendly, and explained the work he did and the way to use the equipment to make the most of the units we have. I was completely satisfied with all aspects of his work at our home.

Our experiences with B & D Plumbing have been nothing short of excellent. Recently Brandon & Luke replaced a water heater and installed a whole-house water filtration system. They were meticulous, efficient, and knowledgeable. They performed similarly replacing a toilet and Issac (sp?) did a nice job repairing another toilet. Issac actually drafted the water heater/filtration system bid and provided a creative solution for us. The office staff has been delightful to work with in orchestrating appointments. Dan gave us superb service on 9 December. He had to overcome our substandard driveway in the snow even to get to us. He worked well past five pm opening baffles in our forced air ducts so that the heat from the furnace could be distributed properly around the house. Better give this guy a raise before you lose him to the competition!

I had called on a Thursday to have a gas shut off valve put on my dryer and add a flexible line to the dryer. They were able to come out the next day and the technicion arrived as scheduled. He told me what the price was going to be which I thought was high but I had to have it done that day. I gave him the OK and he said he did not have the flexible hose in the van he needed. I thought the vans were all stocked with supplies and this seemed like a common part. He said he had to go get the part. He was gone for what seemed like 30 minutes and sat in the van for another 10 minutes after arriving back at the house before coming in and installing the gas shut off valve and flexible hose. It seemed like he was maybe new or not sure what he was doing. I asked him about putting on shut off valves on my washer but he said he doesnt do plumbing. The whole process took over 2 hours which seemed extreme but he did what I asked for. Two days later a friend who is a plumber came over and asked who installed the flexible line. I told him it was B & D Plumbing and he said the line he installed was not to Minnesota code and was designed more for a propane tank so he went and got the correct part so this would meet Minnesota code for plumbing. I feel I was overcharged and not even the right parts were used. I think I should get a refund for the correct flexible hose my friend supplied and installed. Hopefully this review will get a reply from the company. This upsets me and I will probably never use or recommend B and D Plumbing again.

TJ did a great job. Went over what was wrong and what was needed to fix my sub pump. He was quick and efficient. Would highly recommend using B&D.

B & D came out late on a Saturday when we came home to no heat. The gentleman who came out was very pleasant, professional, and got the heater working luckily. Would highly recommend using B & D!

I can't recommend B&D enough! They may be considered a small business but they have done everything right to adapt to the level of service everyone expects in this day and age.

Their website was easy to schedule a service appointment. When we were told we probably needed a replacement unit they guided us on best value but still gave all the options. They were available to replace our AC unit within 24 hours in the heat of summer. All of these are huge perks in my book!

Their financing options are also very handy.

Alex and Jason installed our new AC and furnace unit and were great. They were here when we expected them, asked for the best way to access the furnace, and then just went to work. When they completed everything they made sure they left no trace they were even here, and they explained what to expect and showed us how to use our new thermostat. All around, they exceeded expectations!

Very affordable excellent customer service. I had the pleasure of working with Jackson and he’s just a great guy honestly and made the whole process super easy very flexible very knowledgeable. If I could give more stars I would.

D&D Plumbing and Heating did a terrific job installing my garage heater. Their pricing was very competitive, and they met my high expectation. Additionally, installers Alex and Jack were very professional respected our home and were just nice guys. A very positive experience.

I had Alex and Erik out at my house to update our thermostat, replace some valves and swap my washer and dryer around. They were timely, kept me in the loop of what was going on and kept everything clean. I was able to get a run down of what was updated or replaced and how to manage the new system. I cannot recommend this company more! Going forward I will only be calling them for any of my plumbing, heating or AC needs.

B&D replaced my furnace last month and the whole experience was amazing. Lindsey returned my call promptly, Dan (the tech) arrived on time to assess my 25 year old furnace. My furnace needed to be replaced and Alex installed my new furnace on time and without any surprises.
B&D has replaced a boiler & a furnace for me. They would be the only company I would use if I ever need that service again.

The technician who came to my house, Dan, was fabulous! He listened thoroughly and took the time to explain his findings and educate me on my options. He is honest and trustworthy (and just a really nice guy!) and I appreciate that he didn't try to push me to buy things I don't need or want yet. It's people like him that will keep me using B&D for my future HAVC needs. 5 Star Service!

This was our first time having our Oil Burning Furnace serviced by B & D Plumbing, Heating & A/c. Drew was our service technician and was absolutely awesome. Our furnace stopped and the temp was cooling down in our house - it was 29 outside! Drew was dispatched and was at our house within 1 hour! He did a full maintenance and tune-up as we had not had one for a while. He found the problem and within 1 1/2 hours, our furnace was running better than ever before. Oh yes, the house is warmer than it has been for years now that the furnace is clicking on all cylinders! Thanks Drew and thanks B & D!!

So grateful the plumbers came out the same day I called, figured out exactly what needed to be fixed for a leaking drain and had the work done only a couple days later. I think the price was good and the plumbers were nice, knowledgeable, on time and efficient, all while my downstairs neighbor was going full "karen" on them. Highly recommend!
