They came to consult and give advice on tile to use and as soon as it was ordered and delivered, they came to install, including on a holiday as we were out of town, and they knew how important it was to get done. We hired BYN The Tile Crew to repair a leaking shower. Youri and his crew uncovered significant structural damage and connected us with a general contractor to handle the structural repairs. Youri’s crew then rebuilt our shower with a Schluter KERDI waterproofing system and tiled the shower and bathroom floor. The quality of BYN’s work is exceptional! The tiling was done with great care and artistry. Youri kept us well-informed about the process and the costs. His work crew was very respectful of our time and space and left the job site clean each day. We will definitely hire BYN again should the need arise.
