Servpro was a disaster. The estimate done by Levi Richey was professional, but the deconstruction crew lost some of the wiring for my fixture, left the area full of dust, stole my tape measure, and broke my clock. The clock and tape measure were replaced, but only after I sent multiple emails to try to get those fixed. Ian Kluegel, who was coordinating the reconstruction, forgot to get estimates for replacing my fixture, tile, and baseboard. He told me that "we have someone in mind who will take care of the tile and light very quickly after approval", but never bothered to try to get approval. Rather than go though my insurance - who by this point had threatened me with cancelling my policy - I have to fix all of that myself.

I wish I had tried to do the whole thing by myself. I've never done any of the work that Servpro did, but at least I'd have taken more care than Servpro did. Might have cost me less too. What a disaster.

Very impressed! I worked with Levi specifically who was quick to respond and get the project underway. I appreciated his willingness to explain the remediation process and cleanup to me as well. During such a stressful time for my family, Servpro made the entire experience as painless as possible. I will be strongly recommending to my coworkers, friends, and really anyone who is willing to listen!

Serv Pro St Paul Central West helped with cleaning up and drying out some water damage in our basement ceiling. They also did the reconstruction work. Everyone on the team was fantastic - Levi, Kymel, Kiara (sp?), Shawn, Cornelius, and Lance were all very professional, introduced themselves, and quickly took care of our water damage mitigation and removal, and are getting our basement back in usable shape. Communication was top notch - Levi, Lance, and Cassie did a great job keeping us up to date on project status and working with our insurance claims process, answering our questions, and explaining next steps. This has been a stressful situation to deal with, but the ServPro team is helping us get through it. I wouldn’t wish home water damage on anyone, but if you do have to deal with it, I highly recommend this crew to help you out! Thank you all!

Kymel did a fabulous job with our mold test. He communicated clearly with us, was respectful and very professional. He explained everything and sent us the report in a timely manner.

Servpro people were very helpful and professional in dealing with my water intrusion issues. They came out on a holiday weekend and helped to minimize damage and ensure that my home was livable again. Levi, Dillon, and Kymel and their crews were polite, efficient, and got their work done in a timely way.

We had the BEST experience with ServPro! Even though it's not ideal to have a sewer backup they made it easy and pleasant. We LOVED all the folks that helped us! Levi and Lance were incredible- so great with communication, easy-going, super duper knowledgeable, kind and re-assuring. I am actually sad everything is all done and they will no longer be coming over!
Our basement looks far better than new and they helped us with insurance and all the partners needed even outside of their own services. Above and beyond. LOVE y'all!!

Saphire and India were great! They moved my contents back in,, and they were very efficient and careful about their work, making sure nothing was damaged. They were nice and friendly too, very willing to help with anything I needed!

Very responsive team. First contact was with Abby who came right out and assessed what needed to be done. Team of Ken, Miguel and another young man came out and a plan had already been put in place. Everyone has been respectful of the property and took great precautions to prevent further damage during the clean up process. Great communication on when they would arrive and what they were doing. The rebuild process starts this week and have been kept informed on what Emily will be doing. I would ABSOLUTELY recommend this company!!!

Cleanup of basement after water damage: Eric, Carlos, Franco, and Jesús did a great job of moving furniture, removing wet carpet with the pad & damaged drywall, etc. They answered my questions and relayed my concerns to management when necessary. They were courteous and worked quickly and carefully.

In January my basement flooded due to a water heater issue. I hired Servpro to handle the mitigation, clean up, and repairs. The mitigation and demo went great but since then the experience has been extremely disappointing.

It is now 4/29/25 and no one has shown up to finish the basement bathroom. I've been informed that the project manager, Charles, was fired - but that's not my responsibility to manage. Someone else should have taken over and ensured that the work was completed. Instead, I keep getting excuses that they're busy with other houses that have caught on fire and floods. Priority should be given to my bathroom since this issue is back from JANUARY. Time and resources should have been properly delegated to ensure my home was completed in a timely manner.

There's still a bag of trash in my driveway that has not been tossed. They refuse to put back in the toilet for me so that my elderly father can use the bathroom downstairs due to medical reasons saying it will cost an extra fee to come by. I have family coming to visit in June and it is very stressful. It is hard to believe this will be done in time. I have been very patient giving them over a month to fix the bathroom.

The lack of follow-through and professionalism is extremely frustrating. I trusted them to handle the job from start to finish, but they have not been reliable. I do not recommend this company if you're looking for consistent service or accountability.

I wanted to share my experience with ServPro after hiring them for fire damage mitigation and cleaning at my property. Unfortunately, there were several aspects of their service that fell short of expectations.

The ash removal wasn't as thorough as needed, and I ended up spending many additional hours completing the cleaning myself. There were also issues with debris being left in my front yard for quite some time. Throughout the process, communication was spotty, and it seemed like some important steps, such as proper work authorization, were missed.

When I brought work quality concerns to their attention, their representative simply suggested I should have initially inspected their work more carefully. While I understand the importance of customer verification, this would have required completely dismantling my storage areas to check properly.

After seeing the results from ServPro in the most affected area, I decided to hire a different company for the remaining portions of my house. The difference in quality was noticeable, which confirmed my concerns about the initial service.

I'm sharing this feedback in hopes that it might help improve future service quality for other customers.

I called about 5 different companies and this is the only one that could clean my high ceilings! They were so professional, thorough and kind. A big thank you to Tim & Franco for their great work! And to Kymel for being so sweet & knowledgeable :)

We had a raw sewage back up in our basement. Servpro sent out a team the same day. The four people we worked with over the next several days were wonderful. Explained different steps to us, called before they came, were careful with our belongings, and generally a joy to work with considering the circumstances. We would recommend them to anyone.
July 30 update. I wish to reiterate that serve pro cleaning services were top-notch. We contracted with their rebuilding division to fix our basement. It was a terrible disappointment and after working with them for two months and getting nowhere, we moved onto a different contractor. Apparently it’s the same company, but two different divisions and I would certainly not recommend their construction services . Their follow through was not good.
