We recently purchased a home that needed a major sewer line repair, so as a part of the buying process we were in contact with somewhere close to 10 plumbing companies to get pricing information. After one phone call with Tony, I had more helpful information about my project than after hours of chasing down leads with other companies.

Tony and his crew completed our project in one day, compared to the three days other companies told us it would take. AND they had the most reasonable price for the most comprehensive fix.

I would recommend Commercial Utilities to anyone in a heartbeat.

Tony and his team were amazing to work with! I purchased a home and after inspection we determined that the sewer line needed to be updated. They were easy to connect with, answered my many questions with professionalism/kindness, and consistently reassured me that they had my back. Day of install was a breeze. They handled everything and the team were all very respectful. Hopefully, I never have to fix my sewer line again but if I do they would be top of my list to call.

Amazing Customer Service! They fixed my sewer and sink hole problem I had and were really easy to work with. In addition to their great service and work, they also had a very reasonable quote, especially compared to some of the outrageous quotes I got from other companies. I couldn’t recommend them more! They were also a company that the city of St paul had said was a company worth considering. If you have a problem, look no further, I will be telling all my friends that they need to use this company!

Tony and his crew are amazing. Next day service for a full sewer line replacement with minimal digging.
Both the inspector and a competitor said that Tony is the best. His competetor said, “I’d say good luck on your job but with Tony you won’t need it”. The inspector said, “if i was working on my house I’d be using Tony… you got the right guy”.

I had an ice dam break on the roof of my house and water leaked into my walls causing ALOT of water damage. Water also got underneath some of my flooring . I immediately called my homeowners insurance and they recommended ServPro for the demolition and removal of the damaged walls and floor. They did an excellent job!! I specifically worked with Levi and he communicated with me daily. His team and himself made a very difficult and stressful situation much less awful! I highly recommend to everyone out there needing assistance in this area.

I called ServPro and they were at my house within a couple of hours. My basement flooded and Samantha and Marco assessed the damages. They were very thorough and honest about the restoration that needed to be done. They did an excellent cleanup job and I was very impressed! I will definitely call ServPro again if my basement floods again.
