I had Greg Swenson in first an annual electrical review and again, I was very pleased with his response and feedback. I had a couple of questions about 2 outdoor outlets that seem to trip when I don’t want them to. He investigated the situation and offered a few solutions to the issue. I will try those options before we do a major overall of them. I asked him about putting an outdoor outlet up on my garage gable for hanging a lighted wreath and about permenant lighting. When I decide to go with them I’ll definitely be calling Greg to do the work. Outstanding service!

Tom was excellent, had to have ceiling lights replaced in kitchen, new ceiling light installed and fixing connection to garbage disposal. Explained everything, went over prices and did great work! Will definitely use them again!

Randy did an outstanding job with our plumbing! He was very efficient, knowledgeable, and walked me through every step of the process, answering all my questions. I really appreciated his professionalism and expertise. I would highly recommend Randy to anyone in need of a reliable plumber!

Randy’s and Travis were great! Needed two light fixtures switched out. Chandelier over kitchen table and sink, ceiling is average height, nothing unusual. Quote was $500 for both and done in a two hour window. Travis asked my preference since the table light would be a bit off center. He was very gracious and raised the fixture when I realized it was too low. Great guy , service and fair price.

I had Harrison’s out to quote the lights, we had used them before. They quoted me the same two lights at $1100 for the same two hour time frame. I declined. Harrison’s did put an outlet behind my mounted tv and ran wires through the wall. All fine, wish they had connected the wires when they mentioned to my husband that they forgot to connect them. While I figured out what wire was what component, when pulling the wires the outlet popped off.

We used Randy’s Electric once before and called them back in for an electrical fire in an outlet box. They were able to schedule a visit for the next day and our tech Zach arrived early. We were kept up to date via text from the initial appointment scheduling through to a ten minute courtesy call. Zach identified the problem and gave us several options to resolve our issue. The job was done quickly and neatly. Along with our electronic invoice we received pictures of everything that was done. My wife and I feel a lot safer understanding the problem and its solution. Would definitely use Randy’s Electric & Plumbing again.

Mike did an absolutely fabulous job providing me with a quote to replace my hot water heater. He was very thorough. He made sure that my units were correctly installed, verified the hardness of my water and question me about my maintenance history. He made several suggestions which may save me money and future problems. Well done Mike.

Very pleased with service. Greg arrived within a couple hours of my call which was perfect. He calmly explain his approach to troubleshooting our issue and then got us up and running soon after. Will definitely recommend this technician and Randy’s Electric in general.

What can I say about the technician Mike? He was on time, very courteous, informative and knowledgeable. Mike walked me thru each step of the process to fix or replace our toilet. He gave me 3 different quotes, all of which were much lower than a competitor.
As a side note, I’m praying for the safety of your son in the military Mike. 🙏🏽

Jeremy has been to my home twice to install ceiling fans. He is very thorough, informative and knowledgeable. I highly recommend and will use Randy’s in the future.

Excellent experience with Randy’s Electric and Plumbing. A broken light switch instigated getting three light switches replaced and two light sockets replaced. The whole interaction from engagement to payment was smooth, informative, productive, and efficient. Greg, the electrician who did the work, was knowledgeable, informative, and a great communicator. I don’t really have perspective on the price relative to other vendors but I am very satisfied with the value provided for the price I paid.

Randy's sent out a very knowledgeable tech right away for an electrical issue. Greg did a thorough run through at the site of concern and checked all potential locations that could have been impacted. He gave detailed explanations of what was going on and provided several options of potential fixed for us to decide on. We really appreciate the attentiveness and thoroguhness of the service call.

I got ripped off! I feel I was taken advantage off. Based on their online presence, I thought I was dealing with a reputable Company. The scheduler disclosed a $200 trip charge, but implied that if I accepted service it would be forgiven. When I asked the technician about it, he said, "Why wouldn't we charge you for that."

I was charged a total of $638.00 for 2 hours of his time.

He was pleasant and took my money with a smile, but didn't accomplish what I had called him out to do, which was to do a meter trace to determine if my electric bill was accurate. He took the panel off of my main breaker box and tested electricity amps being generated for several appliances and lights in my store and advised me to call Xcel Energy to come out. Net net, he accomplished nothing, but agreed that there appeared to be something wrong.

I called their office to attempt to dispute the bill. I was promised a call back, but did not receive one.

They present professionally and are pleasant, but if integrity and fairness matter to you, move on. They are very greedy and will charge you top dollar!

Richard was very professional and pleasant. He checked out the things we needed him to do, he formulated a plan, and he went over everything with us before he did anything. He and his partner completed the work in a timely manner. We are very pleased with the result and would definitely recommend him and your service to others.

Luis was great. I had him add an additional outlet to my kitchen. He did a great job. I like working with Luis. He has such a pleasant and calming demeanor and really knows his stuff.

The first project Jordan did for me was on my porch. I had old strip electrical plug-ins that were rusty that I was uncomfortable with Jordan removed them put regular plug-ins and took away all the old stuff. During that process, he discovered I had 15 amp wiring and a 20 amp breaker down in my electrical box so I appreciate his detail and correcting some of the problems in my older home. This week I had a new dining room light and front porch light replaced. Jordan is good at communicating what he’s doing answering questions and I was really happy with my new lights.
