Joe Regnier was very good at checking / servicing my Sears water softener. He tested my well water and then tested my softner water before he started. He listen to me explain what I thought was softener issues (salt usage and softener cycles) and went ahead and checked everything. I was pleasure to meet / talk to Joe Regnier. He will be my "GO TO GUY" again when I think I have water softener issues. I will recommend Joe and Merle Water Conditioning to my friends when they have softener issues. Gary Bluhm

Rob was great. He replaced a filter and then spent some time with answering questions about PFA's and how/where the filter system will be placed even though Merle's won't be doing the work. The State of MN uses a different company.

Delivery by Joe was a great experience. He brought the salt into home and loaded it directly into our brine tank. He was very pleasant and professional.
