What a fantastic local plumbing company! Matt and Cody arrived quickly and fixed the leak under my sink in short order, and replaced the old t-valve to boot. Professional, fast, and extremely reasonable price. Great company, will definitely call you again when I need plumbing work!

White Bear Plumbing has always been very responsive, quick, and helpful. They do great work for very reasonable prices. We’ve used them a number of times for different things and will continue to do so!

Not sure what happened here. Had them out for an estimate. Called back with a question about the estimate and left a message. Someone called me back saying the person who did the estimate would call me by end of day. They never did. I called back the next week and left a message again. Never got a response back. We were planning to use them but then they ignored us.

UPDATE: Got a call from them this morning taking full responsibility for being dropped. In my experience phone calls like that don’t usually happen. I appreciated it a lot - hence the amended review.

My copper pipe started leaking on my hardwood floors. White Bear Plumbing answered my call promptly told me how to protect my floors and arrived at my home in within the hour. The fee was extremely reasonable. The work was well done, the plumbers were professional, very capable, and completed the work and cleaned up afterward. I would recommend this company to anyone. They were also careful not to let my dogs out of the door.

Dave and Mat were wonderful !!They both answered my questions. They were super professional, kind and understanding. I trust them as they have done perfect jobs in the past for me. They are my "go -to" .

I just had another great experience working with Dave and Jim from White Bear Plumbing. I called about a cracked pipe this morning, they swung by with a bid around 10am and came back to complete the job at 12:45 - - and they billed less than their bid!. They're honest, dependable and talented. I'm so happy my friends recommended them to me.

I needed to have some pipe work done under my sink. Jim took one look and said this will need to be completely redone. We all laughed because it was like a jungle gym under there! They were very professional and a lot of fun all at the same time! Dave gave me good information on my laundry room issue I was having as well. I have had White Bear Plumbing out to my house a number of times now... Each time was for what should have been quick and easy jobs, but due to the age and quirkiness of my house turned out to take much more time than either of us could anticipate. Every time they have gone above and beyond to solve my problems as quickly as possible including running all over the twin cities to find a hard to find part for my 70 year old faucet. Very happy with this company and will continue to call them whenever I need plumbing work done.

First of all. I'm NOT a relative of anyone at White Bear Plumbing Inc. Nor did I receive free product or free services for this review! The following is my "Toilet" story. I had two toilets I wanted installed.
I called a plumber who said he would call me back later that day when he could see his schedule - he did not call. An update - he called three days later to say he had an opening - WBP Inc had already done the job.I called a few other plumbers and they would NOT give me even a general cost for my toilet installs!
White Bear Plumbing Inc was recommended by some local people. I called them and THEY gave me a general estimate over the phone for installing my two toilets. They had a cancellation and could come immediately. That worked for me.
They were at my house within 10 minutes. Jim and Dave efficiently installed my toilets. They were over the top in being courteous, respectful and clean.
The install charge was better than what I expected.
I HIGHLY recommend White Bear Plumbing Inc. They are now MY "Go to plumber"!

My husband and I would recommend White Bear Plumbing to anyone looking for honest and hard working guys! They came to our rescue after a major pipe issue in our house under our foundation. The team took care of us in a timely manner and were very professional. We will use them in the future for sure. Awesome business with honesty and integrity behind their business. Replaced an old outdoor faucet in less than ideal situation but their expertise and experience came through and got me taken care of. On top of all that coming out to an area that they don't normally serve. Book them with confidence.

Matt and Cody were amazing. Spent all morning calling on 8-9-17 for plumbers but couldn't be seen until next week. I called White Bear Plumbing and they scheduled me for next week but they called me back saying they could come right away. They came right in the afternoon and fixed my sink within an hour. AMAZING. And then they came back 8-10-17 to replace my toilet within an hour as well. Prices are very reasonable and will definitely use them from now on. Plus, they're easy to get a hold of. They take whatever is broken and clean their work area after they are done too. I'm very pleased and happy with this company!

We had a couple of emergency leaking pipes. Dave returned my call at 8am. By 8:20 he and Will showed up to fix these issues and more. I couldn't believe how reasonable my bill was for two guys working solid for almost 3 hours. They were both knowledgeable, nice, polite, and made sure everything was fixed as if it was their own home. I wouldn't hesitate calling White Bear Plumbing again!

AWESOME!!! This is my second time using White Bear Plumbing. Everyone from making the appointment to the actual service call were great! Jim and Dave made the call, repaired the leaking sink pipes and if you can believe this - no charge! Unbelievable! Very fast, friendly and efficient! Our home was in need of a faucet repair, leaking shower repair and drain snaking. White Bear Plumbing provided a free in-home estimate. Once the estimate was complete I was able to schedule an appointment within a week. I received a follow up call to confirm appointment and call ahead the day of the appointment. Technicians were on-time, friendly and professional. They provided great service at a reasonable and fair price. I would definitely use them again and I would highly recommend White Bear Plumbing.
